Phnom Penh Infinity Pool Down to $25/N - M Residence ★★★★
"I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at M Residence Hotel in BKK1. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and failed to provide clear information about the hotel's policies. Instead of explaining the requirements politely, they raised their voices and even called me "stupid" simply because I questioned their rules. No guest should ever be treated with such disrespect. Their ID requirements were not explained properly before check-in, and the way they handled the situation was humiliating. They embarrassed me in front of other guests instead of resolving the issue professionally. Customer service is just as important as the rooms, and unfortunately, this hotel completely failed in that regard. I would not recommend staying here if you expect respectful treatment and clear communication. There are many other hotels in Phnom Penh that value their guests far more than this one."

The Bridge Club ★★★★
"My stay at The Bridge Club in Phnom Penh offered exceptional value for money. The sky-high room on the 40th floor was incredibly spacious and clean, boasting an absolutely spectacular view of the Mekong River at night. Having in-room amenities like a washing machine, microwave, and full fridge made it feel like a true home away from home. The highlight was definitely the 39th-floor rooftop pool and the well-equipped fitness center. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Aeon Mall and plenty of local eateries. While the bathroom shower layout could be improved to keep the floor dry, the super comfortable bed and friendly, helpful staff more than made up for it. I would definitely book a stay here again!"

Best Central Point Hotel ★★★
"We only stayed here for one night when we arrived in Phnom Penh - it was convinetly located near our bus stop and there was a supermarket at the end of the road. The room was very basic and the aircon was not very powerful. The check in staff were so kind and helpful which really made the experience better. Good for a stop over but probably wouldn’t stay here for too long. The breakfast is a set menu, we got the fruit bowl which was okay and came very quickly."
