all staff are friendly, hong and chandra served me at checkout. friendly ppl. good stay.
the aircon can look to improve the ventilation better as the air will not blow if it reaches the temperature set and it could be stuffy if staying in the room for long time

Great Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Super Convenient
We only stayed briefly, but this hotel made a great impression! The room was clean, the bed was really comfy, and the staff were all lovely—especially the security team, who were so friendly and helpful. They even let us store our suitcases while we visited the island, which was a big help.
The views were amazing, and the location is very central, making it easy to get around. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or gym, but everything looked great—we’d definitely love to come back for a longer stay!
