It's located in the middle of the entertainment district, so it's a great place to go for drinks!
However, because of this, the hotel was very crowded. Also, the room smelled moldy, which was bothersome.
However, this is a common occurrence in Cambodia, so I felt it was best not to worry too much about it.

there were no lifts so it was a very steep climb to the 4th floor (leaves you breathless), especially with all your baggage. hotel is located near the nightlife streets so throughout the night, you can hear music and ladies making a lot of noise. there was barely any hot water and the shower was broken. not exactly the cleanest either, found dustwebs near my bed. overall, very disappointed…

Nice furnishing, beds are wide and comfortable, common areas with space to work if necessary. Very central location near the riverside.
Just a bit noisy at night and shower water becomes Vera quickly hot, with no option of cold water.

The location is near many bars. It's good for its price. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside is the stairs.

Bed was not cleaned at all.despite having literally 1 other guest in my 10 bed dorm. As it's on a bit of a nightlife street, it was loud until around 1-2am from the hostesses next door shouting for customers

It's located near the River and convenient location near the street with restaurants and bars. There's also a 7/11 nearby.
Just that there's no elevator, so you have to use the stairs and lift your luggage.

This hotel is bang in the center of the entertainment, lots of bars and restaurants around and within easy walking distance of the Royal Palace and the night market.
The staff were super helpful and the room was adequate for the nights stay
