Service provided by the staff is excellent! They really go the extra mile. However, hotel should check on the aircon in the room as ours wasn’t cold as it should be and on the last day of our stay, it showed E6 & that explains y our room wasn’t cold at all 🫣.
It was a relaxing stay nonetheless & the breakfast spread is good too with buffet and ala-carte options.

The hotel was conveniently located in central Phnom Penh, nearby from major attractions.
The room was comfortable and clean, with good amenities, and even included a clothes steamer/dryer!
Breakfast was good too with a la carte and buffet sélection.
Staff was overall friendly!

Had a unpleasant experience during check in. Overall service crew service was not up to par as well. Such as english communication is weak, got to put in extra effort in communication, cleaning crew cleaning the walkway in the morning and the noise comes into the room from outside.
Facilities are good, nice ambient, great pools provided. Food selection is ok.

Good location.
There is a Bodia Spa at the hotel and the massage if good and reasonable priced.
Toilet feels a bit rundown with no bathtub.

Come here, strategic location we book 2 rooms, and ask for late check out, front desk Abit slow, cause midnight shift, this is cambodia ok
