Perfect. They have a souvenir as an elephant in the room for free. It is well made, detail and super beautiful.
The service is so good, but the cleaner cannot speak English, She cannot clear my request. This is small thing, ok.

Front desk service is excellent, check in process is smooth and they did explain all the detail upon check in. love the self service lounge at lobby 2nd floor. its come with the package if booked in trip.com. the hotel supporting green environment. they will change your bedsheet and towel 3 days once. but its can be request if you wish to change it daily. will defiantly come back again!

the service from front desk check-in until check-out is excellent. love the breakfast at club house. room is very clean. will return again in the future.

Maybe should have looked in to this a bit more. Basically serviced apartments with nothing really in them. Staff were trying their best but didn’t really have much to work with. Not a terrible experience but wouldn’t book again.
