The management answered my review on here, stateing it was the Travel Agent that at fault, Another Lie of many to try to look good on reviews, I called and talked to manager many times, He was very rude, i payed for a months stay ahead of time, because a couple Days late kept money and wanted me to pay again to stay, Dont trust this place, read all reviews

Don't stay here people people not honest ruined my family's vacation took our money for prepaid 2 week stay,, They won't work with the Travel Agents,they just keep the money and no room,wished I read the reviews before,many bad experiences

Scamed by owner not honest. Knew Travel agents were calling to change date on my stay. I prepaid 550. For 28 Days , he would not work with me on arivel dates when i was finely able to reach him, he was very rude on phone. I stayed in area were Host were very nice and helpful not this person

The room is very clean and nice… a big space, and a great experience! Hotel is very close to the supermarket and convenience stores, bus stations etc. employees are kindness and respect of the service. The best experience I ever had of the hotel in Phnom Penh Cambodia…
