Another good day at OKAY Guesthouse. This is a good stay experience. The room condition is acceptable. The price of the room is affordable. The environment is ok. The room temperature is comfortable. Overall, I am satisfied with this stay. I hope the guesthouse will keep up the good work.

I arrived the young man at reception was quite cold.
I had room No. 5 which overlooked the street.
The floor was dirty: dust and stains that I cleaned with the shower floor mat.
Rusty sink drain, sink with rust stain and no more mirror above, but clumps of plaster and cement on the floor on either side of the sink, which I watered towards the siphon with the shower.
In their defense, the street is undergoing asphalt repair work; building under construction opposite, and being demolished in the adjoining area.
