I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The services were excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. I really enjoyed the stunning view, and the pool and gym were well-maintained and a great addition to my stay. The hotel also accommodated my early check-in and late check-out, which made my trip even more convenient. Overall, a fantastic experienceI would definitely stay here again!

The photos don't do this absolutely gorgeous hotel (conveniently located close to the airport) as much justice as it deserves. Everything at this hotel was absolutely perfect!! The massive lazy river style, H-shaped pool was stunning, clean and massive. I only wish that I could have spent more time in the pool during my 3 night visit. The gorgeous four poster bed was super comfortable with beautiful bedding. My extremely comfortable, spacious room was beautifully decorated with Khmer furnishing. The bathroom is large, modern, luxurious and very clean. My flight had been delayed so I had to check in very late and even thought the restaurant was near closing time I could still order room service. The staff was very friendly and professional but could be more helpful with correct up to date tourist information about local attractions. The delicious breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant that provided many choices and fantastic coffee. I HIGHLY recommend The Bali Hotel for your Phnom Penh visit!!

Lovely city center hotel with good location for shopping with surprised morning village sound. With first ray of light in center on big city I heard a early bird - a rooster, what's wake up me just before alaram. With comfortable bad and strong hot shower, clean AC and good breakfast this place are pretty good for long stay or short cut.

Natalie BAUMANIS, Guest Experience & Brand Quality Manager is a great help during my stay. All of the employees are very friendly and kind. It opened only two months ago, so it's brand new. The food in restaurant is awesome and the price is very reasonable. It is located in the center of the city. It is very convenient for us to visit downtown and all the tourist attractions. It had very modernized room. Air conditioning is so powerful, the beds are so comfortable. There are so many outlets that I can charge my cell phone and all other electric devices. Amenities are in good quality. I highly recommend Novotel bkk. I definitely want to visit here next time. Thank you all Novotel!

The hotel is just in front of the airport. Easy to reach just cross the road. The reception is friendly also if their English is basic. The room was ok and clean. Maybe I recommend to upgrade the breakfast also with western food.

Only stayed 2 nights but was nice enough. Clean and friendly. Breakfast was good. Staff very politeand helpful. Quite far from city centre. It says half hour drive but with traffic can take 1hr. Close to airport

Service was good. Staffs are accommidating and friendly. Room is big enough, good location. Nearr 7 eleven. Near a gym. On the negative side, room has only one electrical outlet its on the table. None on bedside. Very inconvenient.

This newly opened hotel is comfortable and quiet, and the stay experience is excellent. The lobby service is warm and the Chinese communication is smooth. The rooms are clean and tidy, elegantly decorated, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near China Street and has convenient transportation. Free airport pick-up and drop-off service is provided. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

Facilities: The facilities are very new, and the furniture and decoration are modern and youthful. There is also a large swimming pool and a gym, with first-class facilities. Hygiene: Clean and spotless. Environment: Garden community, with many green plants and good air, suitable for living with the elderly and children. Service: There are many security guards, very considerate.
