The room was nice enough. No housekeeping, really until checkout, but they provided us with clean towels at the front desk if you ask. Id say the least desirable thing was the trash. Definitely one thing for myself is the trash needs to be taken out daily, and there wasn't even extra trash bags in the room nor any instructions regarding how or where trash was managed.
The staff was friendly from the front desk to the ladies in the kitchen at breakfast.
The food was pretty good with different hot options everyday and a waffle maker station. And the usual items.

Front desk pleasant and helpful. Room faced interstate. Very noisy. Room was hot, AC running but no cool air coming out. It was frozen up. Maintenance repaired but froze up again late that night we managed to get it running again but then quit again by morning. Room was 80F. On switch to turn on ice maker. New one installed but never worked. Refrigerator barely cool definitely not as cold as food should have been. Ceiling fan in BR shook & ticked like a clock constantly & kitchen faucet handle so loose it wouldn't stay at a constant flow & wouldn't shut off without a lot of maneuvering. Clock was missing but replaced.

The room was leaking like a water curtain cave in the middle of the night. The next morning I went to the front desk to ask for compensation, and the service staff said that it was just water falling from the roof. It was normal that no one cared about it because it was so late. The person next to me knew that the room was leaking, which was extremely unprofessional. Fortunately, he meant Hilton.
