"I loved this more stay more than i anticipated. The bed is soooo comfortable I didn’t wanna leave , it is sooooo clean I was surprised as i assumed it would be more like a bed and breakfast kind of quick in and out kinda stay, furniture well kept, and clean. I don’t think as a lady travelling alone though I’d be okay staying more than 2 nights just my take for security reasons, however but it was a great stay and close to the airport. There is also free airport shuttle pick up and drop off so that was really good."

"The hotel is in the city center and the location is very good! The equipment is very new, there is a shopping mall behind the hotel, shopping is convenient, there are few Chinese people nearby, the outdoor terrace on the second floor of the breakfast hotel feels very delicious. I solved it at a nearby Japanese restaurant in the evening, and there is Starbucks near 200 meters. All of this is very good, the only bad thing is that there is no boiled water, but most hotels in the United States do not, especially this place with few Chinese."

I was a bit surprised when they charged me $250 before check-in, saying they would pay for any problems with the room. If you don't speak English or don't have an interpreter, it might be a bit difficult."

The parking lot is large enough to be safe and secure. The most important thing is that the swimming pool is very good. "It's in downtown Phoenix, the surrounding environment is nice, and the facilities are also good. Due to a change in plan, I needed to check out one day in advance. I communicated with Ctrip several times before the free cancellation date, but failed. Ctrip seemed to have booked through another channel and had no say. When I tried to communicate with the front desk when checking in, the waiter had a bad attitude and coldly refused."

"The hotel was clean and spacious. The coffee bar in the entrance was always stocked and ready for you to drink your coffee. The rooms were clean and mostly equipped. Our room never had a microwave but there was one in the lobby. The pool was a bit cool, but they did accomplish us to use the neighbouring hotel pool. Also the neighbouring hotel had a pool table that we also used. Breakfast was delicious and had various selections. Would stay here again."
