Enjoyed our stay.
We met a young man, Pierce, who made our stay very pleasant he was polite, informative, and went the extra minute to make our stay more comfortable. The breakfast staff were helpful and there was plenty of attention to cleanliness and keeping things stocked. Check in and out were excellent. My husband is employed by Ritz Carlton/Marriott and was so proud of the standards upheld by this Residence Inn

I had reserved an accessible room but there was only 1 grab bar in the bathroom and I felt the shower in the tub was not very safe.
I could not adjust the ac very well and it really blew hard and was very noisy. The room was very nice and the kitchen will come in handy on our next stay.
The young lady who check me in was great. I forgot to get her name. It was nice to learn that dinner and other foods are served there later in the day.

It’s close to Mayo and getting rides back and forth were the reason I stayed there. Having to pay for parking is ridiculous and Mayo patients should not have to pay for parking!
