I think even Japanese people who can't speak English can stay with peace of mind. It is also close to the airport connecting train station. You can walk during the day, but I think it's best to avoid it at night. Be quiet and use ride-sharing or hotel transportation.

The location of the hotel is awkward. You say it is in the city center, but it is really inconvenient to go there without a car. There is basically no public transportation. The room is large and can accommodate 5 people. I live alone and it is very comfortable. The breakfast is not bad, basically everything is available. Friends also come to the hotel for breakfast in the morning, and I have 5 free breakfasts.

The facilities are a bit old, the room is clean and clean, and the dining is convenient. There are two choices in the lobby, and there is also a gift shop

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport—perfect for exploring the city.
The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the USB charging ports and the coffee maker in the room.

Location close to many downtown attractions. The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The room was cozy and clean. The breakfast was more than adequate to accommodate an hungry morning appetite. The cinnamon rolls were on point. I’d recommend staying here anytime. Enjoyed my short one night stay.

The room is a bit small, but the location is very good. It's very close to the convention and exhibition center. It's very convenient especially for attending conferences.

I highly enjoyed the room itself. Every time I stay I cannot stop raving about the structure of the rooms let alone the BATHROOMS? the walk in shower with a mirror and seat is seriously the most beautiful and relaxing “shower” I have ever seen in Arizona and i’ve been to lots of hotels here. Although they do not have a 24 hour service room service, the front desk of always kind and eager to help me with whatever I need. They answer my questions throughly and I am a guest who frequently needs early check in and they always try to accommodate me as best as they can. The pool is a bit small but definitely relaxing and the food in and around the hotel is simply magnificent. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have the opportunity to!

New, big, business. It is very suitable for business people residing abroad, which is similar to domestic Raffles City.
The swimming pool water is not very good, and very small.
The breakfast is very good, you can make your own waffle, and the service staff are also very nice.
I was awakened by the master repairing the extended wall at 6 o'clock in the morning the first night, which surprised me. Doesn't Lao Mei start work after ten? ? ! !

I wanted to stay a few more days. Phoenix was too dry and my legs were cracked...so... after staying for two nights, I left.
Having experienced the abuse of kindergarten children, I hated Ctrip for a while. But after the return of sanity... Ctrip is doing better. I hope that everyone who provides perfect service to travelers will be treated kindly by Ctrip.
I have to say that I am very grateful to Ctrip for the past ten days in the United States. It is professional and efficient without the impact of jet lag. 👍👍👍

GGuest UserIt's a new hotel with newer facilities and is close to the exhibition hall. However, the hotel has no sense of service at all. When I checked out on the last day, the room password lock was out of power, and I was locked outside and couldn't get to my luggage. It took the hotel about an hour to open the door, which affected my rush to the airport. The front desk staff was not in a hurry and didn't say anything to apologize. They had no sense of service.

GGuest UserSatisfactory hotel. Very close to the city light rail and the convention center, it is perfect for those who come to the meeting. In addition, in the city center, general day trips can be picked up and dropped.

HHyyyyyyAbout 10 minutes from the airport, but the Uber driver told me not to go out after arriving at the hotel because the hotel area is not safe. Then there is no hair dryer. I am a little uncomfortable after washing my hair.
