The villa is new and not far from the white sand beach and Sunset Town. You can rent a motorcycle to get around. Amie, the housekeeper, is super nice. She helps rent motorcycles and helps us find taxis when we go to far away places. The price is cheaper than taxi-hailing apps hahaha. She even helps us buy raincoats when it rains. The villa is very suitable for friends or big families to travel. I will come again next time if I have the opportunity! !
Wonderful hotel, highly recommended. Beautiful captivating interiors, great location, friendly crews with top notch hospitality.
The hotel is located just by the beach front, so you get to witness the beautiful Kissing Bridge and the sunset in the evening. You can also watch the fireworks at night from you room. However, there's a construction happening right in front of the hotel but hopefully it won't block the view. Ohya, the breakfast was wonderful especially with the interior setup.
Thank you for the free cable car rides arrangement and also the ticket to Sun World Hon Thom Waterpark. We had a wonderful time riding on the world longest 3-wire cable car and taking numerous photos during the 16mins ride. Besides that, they also offer free buggy rides around Sunset Town and stop in between for us to take beautiful pictures of the landscape which comes more lively during sunset time.
Hotel crews are very friendly and helpful, and they speak good English 👍.
We had a wonderful stay though it's only 2 short nights, but we will definitely be back!
First time staying at La Festa, it was very comfortable and convenient. The front desk staff was warm and courteous, with high efficiency in handling tasks, quickly and effectively resolving the issues I raised. The hotel was also very clean, the breakfast offered a variety of foods, and the staff were proactive and polite. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location. Beautiful beach. Good room but they didn’t make up my room. Was out all day from 6am -2pm but the room wasn’t cleaned- at 4pm I decided to do it myself. I cleaned my own room for 3 days. Ordered coffee at the beach restaurant- waited 40 minutes. Lovely breakfast. Beautiful beach.
We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights during Christmas, and our experience at this family-friendly resort was disappointing. There were not enough beach chairs by the beach and pool—only about 40 available. In such a large resort, it's surprising to encounter this issue. Many guests occupied the chairs early in the morning and then left, indicating poor communication and management.
Additionally, there was a chronic shortage of towels by the pool, and the staff by the beach and pool failed to coordinate effectively. We were told to sit on the ground while chairs that had been reserved for over five hours remained unoccupied, which was very disappointing.
There were only 1 or 2 staff members responsible for the beach and lifeguarding, and the kayak rental service was disorganized due to insufficient staffing and lack of proper arrangements.
Overall, this 5-star family resort did not meet our expectations, and we will not choose to stay here again.
It is a hotel that is worth staying with a family. The room is large, spacious, clean and has family facilities and arranged in an orderly manner. The hotel is beautiful in every corner. Every corner can take beautiful photos. Excellent service. There is an interesting background story. The breakfast is delicious and very high quality. After posting, there are only people who ask and want to come. I want to maintain this quality forever.
I traveled to Bãi Khem, Phu Quoc in February and liked it so much that I visited again after 3 weeks.
I was a bit concerned about Premier Village because I thought it was a just calm resort better suited for large families rather than couples. But in conclusion, it was a very fun and active resort. The moment I entered the beachfront pool villa, which is located 1 minute away from the swing bar and the boat dock that runs free of charge from the resort's private beach to Sunset Town, I was amazed by the refreshing sea view. The private pool was clean and spacious, and the rooms on the second floor were in excellent condition. It was good. Even though both the 1st and 2nd floors have large ceilings, the air conditioner was strong enough to make it cold. It was convenient to have a refrigerator as well as ice in the freezer and a water purifier.
What was great was that I could install the app using a QR code and immediately convey my requests through a chat service, so buggy and water bus reservations and room service were all convenient. In particular, the pretty and kind Butler ‘Mong Tuyen’ was very helpful as she helped me with many things. (I was having trouble working because I left out my laptop cable accessory, but she even found an electronics store on Phu Quoc Island where I could buy a connection cable~)
Corallo Restaurant didn't have much on the menu, but every single one of them was delicious. The best moment was having beer and a Wagyu burger at Swing Bar, boarding a boat reserved for 8pm at the dock right next door, arriving at Sunset Town in the pleasant night breeze, watching the fireworks, and returning. It was so fantastic that there was an accommodation 1 minute away from the dock where we arrived by boat after playing to our heart's content.
The eastern sea has clear water, lots of cute fish, and a wide sea where you can ride a paddle boat. The King's Well, which is steeped in legend, is actually a place where the sea and a sacred freshwater well are connected.
It was nice to come here and get a lot of energy.
We plan to visit again!
We lived in the Sky building on the 15th floor. The main advantage is the stunning view of the sea, sunset, show and fireworks, this is the highlight of the apartments. There is a fairly spacious swimming pool on the roof. On the second floor there is a gym. The apartment complex is still practically new, the design is fresh and pleasant. The studio room had everything you need - a balcony, a mini-kitchen, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a smart TV, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a dryer. The bed is very large, the mattress is comfortable, blackout curtains. Hot water in the shower without problems. The studio is not very large, but overall comfortable for two people for several days.
Directly under the apartment building downstairs is a cable car station and a stop for a free double-decker bus that goes to Khem beach.
The main disadvantage is poor customer service, it is at a very low level. La isla and Elyday are one and the same. Check-in was difficult and a lot of wasted nerves on my part (I still don't understand whether they were overbooked or whether the cleaning process is not set up in a timely manner). The staff are uncooperative, they hardly respond on WhatsApp, they don't provide any information on check-in/amenities/extending your stay, etc. In addition, they tore the door to the room open several times without calling or knocking. In this regard, it was very uncomfortable.
Also on the downside - poor cleaning of the room - upon check-in there was hair in the shower, stains on the bed linen (maybe it wasn't changed after the previous guests). They only provided two tiny bottles of water. There was also no daily cleaning during the stay.
Also on the downside - the building itself is not properly maintained, the corridors and other common areas are dirty and no one cleans them, the sofas are stained, the area by the pool is unfinished, there is no lighting.
In addition, the apartments are quite far from the night market (about 20 minutes walk) and not all escalators work.
We stayed for the second night in this hotel, impressed by how good the hotel was, booked another room, since ours was not on the trip, but the girls at the reception messed up and checked us into our room again, it had already been cleaned and we were horrified when we realized that they did not change the bed linen!!! It was the same! We were just stunned, they just made it and that's it!
That is, they were waiting for other tenants, with old bed linen! We were just stunned!
Wrote to the admins, they did nothing, they replied late in the evening that they were sorry
In general, the administration here is very problematic! At night, they brought other people to our room to check in! 🤦🏼♀️
My verdict: the hotel is cool, the location is good, fireworks in front of the windows from the show, the pool is very good, the equipment, but the fact that they do not change the bed linen, just crosses everything out !!!!!!!!!
My personal advice, when you check into the room, stand over the cleaners and make sure that they change everything, otherwise you will sleep on the old one from the previous tenants
The room is new, spacious and fully equipped. We love the view from the hotel, we can see the firework in the room.
Rosie and Ana are lovely and really helpful. They gave us good advices of places to visit and helped us to rent the motorbike when everywhere was sold out! They are the best people we met in this trip.
Highly recommended considering the price!

KKaterina_FitGreat place to stay! ☺️
Cozy apartment and an incredibly nice girl who greeted us.
Everything we needed was in the room, and we made our own breakfast.
There are few residents, so it's peaceful and quiet.
I really liked it! 💜
I recommend it!🌺
ССергей SPBGreat little hotel next to the cable car. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean, new and spacious.
There is a kitchen area (without equipment and utensils). You can cut a salad if you have your own knife. Cons: no clothes dryer, after the beach there is nowhere to dry clothes and towels.
Very very quiet. We had a good rest and slept well. Breakfasts to choose from: soup or baguette with filling, plus coffee. For those who like to eat a lot, it may not be enough. Definitely recommend
RRanica WongThe location is good, quiet, the room is large and simple, and you can see the last fireworks of Kiss of the sea show from the terrace. There are not many restaurants nearby, but you can walk to the Sunset Town Night Market in about 10 minutes at night. Overall, I am very satisfied.
GGuest UserThis is the second hotel in Sunset Town to sell unavailable rooms. I booked a room at the hotel, came to check-in, but was told that the room I had chosen was not available. Thank you for offering us a room in another hotel. I liked the hotel where I was checked in, it was clean, comfortable, beautiful view of the sea, but it was a little further from the embankment.
GGuest UserThe only downside of the hotel for me is the long check-in. The hotel is not small, so there was a queue on the day of my check-in. And noisy neighbors with children opposite, but you can't predict that. The service and the room were top notch. In 5 nights, the bed linen was changed three times, towels - daily, cleaning was 5+.
KKH1956We stayed 2 nights. We booked a family room with sea view and a king room with sea view, however they did not arrange them on the same building and WhatsApp me the day before to ask if we can changed to three king room with sea views so that all rooms would be in the same building (two rooms on one floor and the other room on a different floor). For convenience, we changed to 3 rooms as suggested. The rooms are spotless clean and look exactly as photos. The staffs are helpful and polite.
They gave us complimentary cable car water park tickets for all of us for the next day. The location is great for us. It's walkable distance from the Kiss of the Sea venue and the cable car station. We can see firework of the show again from the room the next day. Breakfast is just so so, lack variety and we need to ask the staffs for hot drinks. The staffs were very busy so they could not refill food. I can't complain as the price is very bargain. Great value for money. Recommend.
GGuest UserThe best hotel we have stayed in Phu Quoc. Very good restaurant with local food, good breakfast, best beach just 2 minutes walking, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff is amazing. We will definitely come back
GGuest UserKhem Beach is beautiful and really 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. But. „The room with the view“ means no view. There’s a wall view, and a toilet view. It smells smoke, although a non-smoking room, and the curtains are moldy. One night option and never again!
GGuest UserThe room was very clean. Although the front desk didn't speak English well, they tried their best to communicate. The location is very convenient, and it's close to restaurants, cable cars, and the kissing bridge.
We asked for two rooms but they were arranged on different floors. We asked the front desk if we could change them to the same floor. The front desk said that we could help change the room on the first floor to 301 the next day (where we could see the direction of the cable car). As a result, we were given 303 the next day. When we asked why it was not the room they promised, they said that the occupant of room 301 wanted to stay for 2 more days, so they couldn't change it. It's a very lame excuse. I understand that different prices may be different for different directions. There is no problem in direct communication. Please don't talk nonsense.
In addition, each person can only order one meal for breakfast, including a sandwich or a bowl of noodles and a drink. My father lives in a room by himself. He gets up early and feels that one breakfast is not enough. One room should provide two breakfasts. I want to communicate with the front desk whether two breakfasts can be provided for my father. The front desk said no at first, it should be provided according to the number of people. Later, I took out the reservation voucher, which said that one room provides 2 breakfasts. The front desk said to bring an extra breakfast ticket to the room in the evening, but it was not brought, and the restaurant was not reminded that an extra breakfast was needed. It was very disappointing that the promise was not fulfilled according to the reservation voucher.
