Their famous mango bingsu turned out it is not a must try. Shaved milk ice was too sweet and sticky (I guess it is made out of condensed milk which I don’t like personally) fresh mango in the market is the best in Phu quoc. You can buy more than 5kg mangos for 1 bingu price. breakfast quality is slightly better than local hotel but it doesn’t meet international hotel standard. bread section was okay but they need to work on the menu for vegetarian, especially at the main meal like rice noodle. This time I stayed 3 different hotels, generally I prefer more eco friendly resort like ocean bay. If I stay at the global franchise brand hotel, the Regent will be my choice.

Really love this hotel. It is so beautiful with the beach just right behind the hotel. The location is also good as it is near the Phu Quoc night market. Massage, nail service shops are also nearby. There is free bus to Vinwonders too, the bus stop is a short walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommended!

I was impressed by the infinity pool when I arrived at the hotel. We have booked a ocean view room which faced the ocean with a great view, the room is spacious. The staff at reception counters and restaurant were polite and pleasant. Food at restaurants were good. However, all our good impression was ruined by the arrangement on airport transfer. I did booked the airport transfer for my return flight before this trip, and confirmed to have 4 people via email. Unluckily, they had made a wrong estimation on the number of people for airport transfer, the shuttle bus was overbooked. My husband need to sit on a wooden chair though the transfer time was 15 mins only. I was wonder that such kind of mistake was made by a famous & luxury hotel group.

The only issue is that the hot water supply for shower is limited by the small capacity of the water heater as explained by the hotel staff. If you opt for taking baths in the bathtub, the hot water supply can only fill up to 1/4 of the tub. Taking shower at the same time is not possible because the hit water supply is very limited. This should not happen in salinda.

A very cozy hotel. It is located in the Jungle. Professional, friendly staff. The massage is great, I definitely recommend visiting the SPA at this hotel. The area is green and clean. Good food in the restaurant and good breakfasts. The room cleaning is good. Upon check-in, there was a compliment from the hotel. Thanks to the staff for a great my rest. The room is clean and tidy, but i dont like the glass wall of the bathroom. If the TV has the built in Netflix, that would be fantastic Facilities Gym room is small, with limited equipment. But i guess it is fine, as not many people were there during my stay swimming pool and beach There are two and both are good. there are always some staff cleaning the pool, so i am not worried about the water quality. Beach is right next to the hotel and water activities are there for you to choose breakfast is good, with lots of choices. we were asked to have breakfast in the function room as they said the restaurant was full. i could imagine the hotel was fully booked that weekend Hotel provides airport pickup and the staff is friendly and helpful. The price is higher than other local brands, and you can see the difference from the service quality. One more thing, the night market is just opposite to the hotel and this one is clean and tidy. Definitely i will stay in this hotel again

The place is a tropical paradise with an astonishing beach and gardens. They offer an outstanding island experience with a very nice night market opposite the hotel. The rooms are brand new with all the needed comfort. But it’s also noticeable that the area is so big that staff are not capable Of keeping it tidy and clean. There was another room in our villa that had the door open during all our stay. We had a small incident in the bathroom with the mirror falling when I went to sleep. First the food in room service is very bad quality and overpriced. I've got sick and we had to use it but i preferred stay hungry then. Not enoug sunbeds at the beach: you should go to the beach not later then 8 am to get a couch. Only one person speaks good english at reception and is really helpful and nice guy named Felix. Other staff gives you wrong information and their english is hardly understandable. During the morning time they shower the grass and it smells with a toilet septic. The breakfast is ok and location is perfect. The beach itself is probably the best at Phu Qu Ok

Had an excellent stay in Sol by Melia. Clean, great amenities and service. Its central location is great. It is a 15 mins drive from the airport. Sol provides a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. From here, it is convenient to head south to other resorts (~10 mins) and Sunset Town (~20 mins), and north to the main town (~20 mins) and Great World (~40 mins). It has different restaurants that open at different times of the day, up to 11PM. Pool is great, spa and gym are good. The swim-up bar was under renovation (until Nov’24) so I did not get to try it. Very satisfied with my stay and will return again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall good experience. The hotel grounds are large and beautiful, with a stunning beach that’s perfect for relaxing. The cleanliness was impressive, and the fitness center is fantastic—large, well-equipped, and a great place to work out. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The sunbeds by the beach are always taken, so we had to wake up early at around 6 AM to secure a spot. The ping-pong table was in poor condition, with broken paddles and a worn-out surface. There was also no animation or entertainment, even though we asked at the reception a few times. One of the billiard tables was missing pockets, making it impossible to play. Another issue was with the tennis court. It's very hard to book a slot, as all evening times were fully booked, yet we often passed by the court in the evening and saw no one playing. Additionally, the room cleaning service repeatedly forgot to replenish the body lotion, which was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the safari park was amazing, and we appreciated the airport transfer service. Overall, it was a nice stay, but a few improvements could make the experience even better.
