Exceptional Service and Comfortable Stay I absolutely love this hotel! Every time we used the ”Do Not Disturb” button, the housekeeper respected our privacy and left a thoughtful note, ensuring we knew when she would return to clean the room. We never felt forgotten. The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Alex, the trainee, went above and beyond to ensure we had a baby chair and utensils, always greeting us with a smile and making our stay incredibly pleasant. Special thanks to Bovwy for suggesting trips around Phuket that catered to our needs as travelers with a baby. The hotel manager was also incredibly accommodating, especially considering my husband's tendency to wake up late for breakfast. He even invited us to participate in New Year Blessings from Moncks. Overall, this hotel provided an exceptional experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodations and outstanding service.

The rooms at Patong bay hill resort were very clean. We had rooms with pool access which was really cool. However the rooms did not have an iron and when we phoned down to reception requesting one it never came. The hotel is situated on a hill and you have to take a shuttle bus from reception to our hotel rooms. These shuttles sometimes took a long time to arrive and on more that one occasion we found our selves walking down the steep hill to breakfast. Breakfast was adequate however there were not enough chairs and tables to accommodate the guests and we found ourselves waiting for a long time to get a table

The room is clean and great for business purpose. Location is quite far out, restaurant waitress are not the friendliest, quite rude. We didn't ask for the bill, but they sent us a bill out of nowhere while we were having a lunch meeting, asked to come back in 10 minutes time but she just stood right next us. Other than that, everything is great.

I couldn’t be happier with my choice on staying at Coconut Village. It was so central to everything I needed. Walking distance to the beach, Jungceylon shopping mall, all the best food markets and clothing markets and massage salons. The Resort has a a nice pool and bar great for relaxing. Daily buffet breakfast from hot foods to fresh fruits, yoghurts and salads. There is a 7 Eleven store and ATM and money exchange directly at the front of the resort. Staff were incredibly polite, kind and welcoming. They were so kind as to extend my checkout until 3pm due to my travel arrangements which I am so grateful for and helped me a lot. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent value for the cost, Phuket Sea Resort was able to accommodate my late check in and the staff were lovely. The room itself is a bit older, but was clean and comfortable with good AC and larger than expected fridge. It’s very quiet at night with a lovely pool area that even with many guests using it did not feel crowded. There are many restaurants in the area, easy access to the beach and Rawai Pier, and lots of tour options.

We are a having a beach room, though it is on second roll, we still able to enjoy seaview, very tranquil environment. The room is very spacious, exceed our expectation!! Food is delicious at Marisa Terrace Restaurant, from breakfast to dinner. The private beach is very quiet, since only house guests have access, no outside people. If you like gardening, you will enjoy the greenery work, every single corner is well designed and the vegetation is carefully selected, plus a lot of artistic decoration is sophisticated arranged. If you like traditional craft work, pay a visit to Craft Thive gift shop, you will find a lot of high quality craft work from Thailand and other countries, the friendly shop MD is very knowledgeable and patience, he will tell you the story behind each craft work. Lastly, I would like to thanks all the staffs for their hospitality services, especially Tiffy at reception, she help to organized our breakfast boxes very early in the morning as we have days trips need to leave hotel before dawn.
