設施：標間設施齊全，有獨立衞生間，入住早其他房間沒人的時候阿婆還提供洗衣機給我們使用。
衞生：衞生條件好，地板乾淨。
環境：公寓位於平潭縣城中心，往東走可以去龍王頭沙灘，去往北線南線都比較方便。
服務：阿婆服務態度好，體貼近人。

3個大人2個小孩，2張1米8的大床，夠住了，房間是真大，吳老太蠻熱心，有事可以麻煩下她，位置在縣城裡，去夜市也就2公里，就是太曬了，去北線玩還是打車吧，租電動車騎好累好熱好曬，後面發現打車還是蠻方便的

因為火車晚點原因導致沒趕到到平潭的動車了，阿姨很熱情幫我們叫了車子，而且一直等我們到十一點來鍾，衞生情況也不錯，會提供一次性洗漱用品，包括洗臉巾和浴巾，其它事也是有問必答，熱情提供幫助，感謝！！！

懶得取匿名名稱了在這裏住了兩天 看了一個半小時住宿選的 環境衞生都不錯房東阿姨很好照顧的很周全 完全沒有踩雷吹風機是公用的需要就在客廳或者找房東阿姨就好了廁所設施設備都很新有洗衣機衣架等等衞生間很乾凈！

房間是在一個三房的大套房內，有陽台，非常適合帶孩子玩多天的人（衣服洗曬方便，客廳大孩子可以玩），房間不大但乾淨，房東很隨和，下次來平潭還選擇住這。
