酒店的確很漂亮，適合拍照打卡，感覺旺季來就高攀不起啦。服務也很好，諮詢、打掃都很及時。
我們帶孩子出行，有停車場、充電樁、洗衣房很方便。孩子特別喜歡吃前台的小餅乾～
總體很滿意，以後去別的城市也會看看是不是有Sfeel～

平潭待了三天 住了兩夜 在平潭選酒店真的很傷腦筋
退了三次 最後選擇了這家
真的很意外 服務很好 來得早也很貼心的寄存了行李
第二天要趕高鐵 六點四十給提供了早飯
很貼心 早飯也很好吃
床也很舒服 睡了個好覺 外賣還可以送上了
小朋友也很滿意 下次如果還來平潭 一定還會住在這裏！

假期死貴，體驗完全跟不上價格，是住過這個價格裏最差的 不可接受。
1、凌晨1點到5點停電，酒店竟然沒有備用電源。空調無法制冷房間悶熱。一個應急燈亮閃閃的照着，根本睡不着。誰家住酒店 一晚上不讓客人睡覺啊。問就是抱歉，解決是不給解決的。
2、服務態度：感覺是沒經過培訓直接拉過來上崗的，外賣拖很久不給送上樓 就是解決不了問題就一個勁的抱歉抱歉，有啥用呢。
3、酒店隔音效果太差了。旁邊房間控制燈源開關的聲音，房間洗手的聲音，咳嗽的聲音，一清二楚。
4、早飯太差，明明前一天約好8:30用餐，結果要等快半個小時才能吃上飯，牛奶沒有豆漿沒有，衹有咖啡？？怎麼是所有人都能喝咖啡嗎？早飯空有外表，不好吃。
對於商家這不是一次性的生意，需要好好改進。
我是顧客，我花了這個錢，我不接受1100一晚這樣的體驗，衹能給出我的客觀評價。

有史以來最差的體驗！！嚴重不推薦！
三點前不能入住，衹能使用公共區域衞生間，很臟。
半夜一點停電，應急燈非常亮不能關，一直亮燈到半夜三點多才入睡，五點多來電後又全屋亮燈被吵醒，一晚上基本沒睡。
房間很小，被子有股煙燻味！
