SFEEL Designer Hotel (Pingtan Longwangtou Beach Branch)

I stayed in Pingtan for three days and two nights. It was really a headache to choose a hotel in Pingtan. I returned it three times and finally chose this one It was really unexpected. The service was very good. I came early and they also stored my luggage considerately. We had to catch the high-speed train the next day, so we were provided with breakfast at 6:40. Very considerate and the breakfast is delicious The bed was very comfortable. I had a good sleep. Takeaway food can also be delivered. The children are also very satisfied. If they come to Pingtan next time, they will definitely stay here again!

The holiday was extremely expensive, and the experience was totally not up to par with the price. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in at this price. Unacceptable. 1. There was a power outage from 1am to 5am, and the hotel had no backup power. The air conditioner could not cool the room and it was stuffy. An emergency light was flashing brightly, making it impossible to sleep. Who wouldn't let guests sleep in a hotel for a night? Asking is an apology, but the solution is not given. 2. Service attitude: It feels like they were brought in directly to the job without any training. The takeaway takes a long time to be delivered to the door, and they just keep apologizing when they can't solve the problem. What's the point? 3. The hotel's sound insulation is too poor. The sound of the light switch in the next room, the sound of washing hands and the sound of coughing can be heard clearly. 4. The breakfast was terrible. We had agreed to have breakfast at 8:30 the day before, but I had to wait almost half an hour before I could eat. There was no milk or soy milk, only coffee? ? How come everyone can drink coffee? The breakfast looks good but not tasty. For merchants, this is not a one-time business and needs to be improved. I am a customer, I spent the money, I do not accept such an experience at 1100 a night, I can only give my objective evaluation.

被細節和服務打動的一次完美入住！ 從下車的那一刻起，就感受到了這家酒店的用心。保安大叔就主動上前幫忙拎行李，一路引導到前台，全程微笑服務，完全沒有那種“例行公事”的敷衍感。前台的小姐姐們更是熱情，每次進出都會笑着問好，甚至記得我的房號，讓人有種回家的親切感。 辦理入住時，前台遞來了一個入住禮包，本來以為就是普通的礦泉水和小零食，沒想到裏面居然還有蒸汽眼罩和補水面膜！説是平潭紫外線強，專門為客人準備了補水面膜。這種細節真的太戳人了！入住期間，不管是換枕頭、多要兩瓶水，還是其他問題，衹要一個電話，前台立刻響應，效率超高，完全沒有那種等半天沒人理的糟心體驗。 房間衞生沒得挑，床品乾淨蓬鬆，枕頭真的太舒服了，已要連結！！浴室水壓足、熱水穩定，。每天回來都能看到整理得整整齊齊的床鋪和補充齊全的備品，保潔阿姨在走廊遇到時也會主動微笑問好，能感覺到她們是真的用心在維護客房環境。 早餐是配餐+點餐的形式，魚丸湯必點！湯真的很鮮甜，魚丸Q彈筋道。更難得的是，早餐廳的工作人員也全程面帶笑容問好、收盤子！甚至還會主動詢問口味合不合適。 説實話，住過不少五星級酒店，服務流程化、冷冰冰的不少，但像Sfeel這樣把主動、熱情、細緻做到極致的真的不多。這次入住完全超出預期，下次來平潭，絕對會毫不猶豫再選它家！（如果所有酒店都能有這個服務標準該多好！）PS：真的巨好拍！！！容我多放幾張照片

整體環境很棒，小院景觀佈置拍照出片，前台等待區茶水咖啡一應俱全，餐廳區拍照包出片，很適合下午茶咖啡甜點，健身房洗衣房一應俱全。我們兩大人兩小孩訂的親子間，親子間房間佈局有點緊湊，床與電視很貼近空間緊湊。整體設計風格很舒服，下次來還是會選擇這家設計師酒店推薦大家
