設施：設備很新，投影高清且大屏，還帶視頻會員！簡直無敵！天台有書房，視野很開闊，不用出酒店就可以看海，很方便。
環境：酒店裝修很有氛圍，大堂的玫瑰花瀑布是真的好看！我們是情侶出行，讓前台給我們拍照，前台特別的熱情，拍照技術也很好！

酒店有免費的美粧間提供給顧客使用，還有好看的長裙可以任意挑選，老婆誇我太會挑選酒店了！！一樓很整潔，前台小姐姐看到我們進門就很熱情地微笑問好，對這家酒店的初次印象特別好。租了電瓶車出去玩，不太懂怎樣換電瓶，打電話給前台，前台特別耐心地教我們，真的給我們幫了大忙😀

關於服務： 一進門就被前台的微笑服務暖到了，工作人員主動問好，辦理入住高效流暢，還貼心告知了遊玩路線和Wi-Fi密碼，有問必答，非常專業。
關於房間： 打開房門的一刻很驚喜，房間打掃得一塵不染，光線明亮，空氣清新。床墊和枕頭軟硬適中，躺上去特別解乏，安安穩穩地睡到了自然醒。衞生間也乾濕分離，熱水充足。
總之，從硬件到服務都無可挑剔，強烈推薦！

好看好看好看，牆上的玫瑰花也太好看啦！！訂房的時候，第一眼就是被首頁圖吸引了，到店以後真的沒有失望，絕對不是照騙！酒店給人的感覺很温馨，不管是房間裝修，完善的設施，還是前台的微笑服務，都讓人有回家的感覺。原本是出差福州，臨時起意來平潭逛一圈，衹能説是不虛此行。平潭很好，以後還來！

本來衹是想抽空在一樓辦公，處理一下工作事宜，但是目光不自覺被大堂的裝修吸引了。這家的裝修超有格調，陰天配上柔和的燈光，聽着大堂的音樂，也太放鬆了。另外，前台小姐姐聽到我咳嗽的聲音，還主動詢問需不需要給我倒杯温水，體貼入微，服務滿分！

在海邊不小心把衣服弄濕了，幸好酒店一樓有洗衣服和烘乾機，衣服烘乾以後，前台小姐姐還會發消息提醒。得知我在房間洗漱，她主動幫我把衣服裝好，送到房間門口，真的太貼心了！！趕海工具也是免費借用給我們的，真的是特別人性化的一家酒店。奈何這幾天風有點大，玩得不夠盡興，明年夏天一定要再來一趟！😊

出乎意料的好！前台小姐姐超級温柔細心，有什麼問題都幫着解決~房間很乾凈很温馨，床和枕頭都軟乎乎的，飄窗可以一邊欣賞風景一邊吃飯，晚上回來還能用投影儀看電影！而且智能馬桶還是暖和的啊啊啊，真的超級愛，絕對物超所值，下次來我還住這家！
