裝修很陳舊，像是90年代的招待所，牆上還有缺瓷磚，水槽還有圍了一半沒裝修完的。地也沒拖乾淨，公共區域的塑料蓮花，估計幾年沒有洗過，都是污漬。
比較好的是有洗衣房，維也納全國統一的配置，有個停車場。其他，我衹能説，很不理想。

房間衞生乾淨，006號前台服務也很周到，還免費幫忙升級了房間，房間佈局也很整潔，寬敞明亮。
還送了早餐券，不用到街上到處找餐館，真的是很方便。在城區，晚上回來找餐館也方便。附近就是看日出的海灘，早起看日出不用那麼趕，可以看了日出再回來吃早飯，再出門去南北線，美的很，贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻，愛上了愛上了！我的下一站也是訂的維也納酒店。

房間衞生乾淨，能看出酒店管理較好，居住安靜舒適，周圍吃飯也比較方便，點贊。值得再次居住。酒店大堂的07號服務人員非常熱情，主動介紹酒店周圍景點及設施使用方法。還貼心提供了房間升級，點贊。入住後，酒店還提供了貼心小食品，不錯。

前台服務，房間衞生都不錯，空間也比較大，床墊被子都舒服，不足之處: 床太高了，上下不方便，枕頭不舒服，4個枕頭都是一樣材料，太軟太薄，現在好的酒店一般4個枕頭中有2個是記憶枕以滿足住客不同的需求，很希望酒店能再提升一下。

這次選擇維也納酒店，一是因為之前住過他家酒店，從衞生還是環境來説，感覺都不錯，二是考慮到酒店距離龍鳳頭沙灘特別近，又在縣城裡生活出行都很方便，從辦理入住開始就頻繁被這家店的許多細節所打動，前台帥哥根據我們提出的想法，幫我們升級了房型，辦理了入住，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨舒適，非常感謝，工號0706美女還送來了打卡小禮盒，熱情專業很有耐心，所有暖心的舉動，讓我們非常感動。

到店後説是攜程上預訂的，前台就給升級了房間還送了早餐券、小零食。酒店很安靜設備也齊全，我覺得還是值得推薦的。房間面積OK，0301服務也很好，距離夜市區一個紅綠燈，左邊出去1.5公里是海邊，感覺很熱鬧，溜達溜達不錯，
