民宿離壇南灣海非常近，房東是非常樸實的一對老夫妻，很熱情，會幫忙帶路到海邊。這邊是民宿村，整個村子都是民宿，對於我們這種帶孩子的家庭，這家性價比最高，200出頭的價格，能有兩張1.5米的大床，非常適合一家四口（其他民宿大床居多，雙床1.5米的更少）民宿提供早餐，我們睡到10點多起來，問還有沒早餐，房東阿姨説放心，有幫我們留着的，這點非常貼心，不像賓館，過了9點半就沒了😅早餐是稀飯，紅糖饅頭，榨菜，還有房東阿姨自己做的一條一條的小鹹魚，非常好吃😋唯一不足就是衞生間沒有護髮素，當然大部分民宿基本都沒提供護髮素，但如果有護髮素，就更加分了😊

民宿裏田美澳沙灘很近，騎個電動車5分鐘就到。房東阿姨人很好，很熱心。房間的話，中規中矩。洗手間有點小，夏天熱房間稍微有點味道。通風就可以。

經朋友推薦的，民宿的老闆確如朋友所説服務態度很好，很熱情，不但帶我們去看了他家的老房子，整條大理石做的樓板和柱子，太震撼了。還帶我們去了沙灘，沙灘很美，拍出的照片超美，他家離沙灘非常近，走路也就十分鐘。還有一個小院子，挺大的，可以停三四輛車。二樓有個露台，觀景晾衣服都很棒。朋友住他家時，老闆騎着摩託車帶她去農貿市場買海鮮，然後自己做飯（他家一樓有個廚房，可以給遊客提供做飯的餐具），怪不得朋友説住他家有一種在自己家的感覺。下次來平潭還住他家。

整體來講，房間設計相對比較簡單，還有一些簡陋，符合民宿的標準，國慶期間價格有點離譜，老闆人還是挺熱情的。包含了早餐，早餐也就是在鎮上買的油條包子和老闆自己煮的粥，還是能夠吃飽的，早知就不用攜程積分兑早餐了。

離壇南灣很近，步行可達，包含早餐，有稀飯、紅糖饅頭，小銀魚，老闆娘很熱情，晚上如果去追淚晚回，會給留門，房間很乾凈，性價比比較高

首先這家民宿的地理位置比較靠近壇南灣沙灘，步行15分鐘就到了。然後他有專門的免費停車場，民宿前面有一個大大的院子可以停車，非常方便。老闆也比較熱情如果你找不到地方老闆會親自出來接你。然後我老婆因為趕海傷了腳，老闆知道了第一時間馬上拿出他們家的碘酒，棉簽和OK綳給我們。然後再説民宿內的設施也比較好。都是新裝修沒多久的，床也比較大。雙標都是兩張1米5的大床，床睡着非常的舒服。他們家熱水都有獨立的熱水器在浴室裏麪，特別是老闆在進水口還加裝了過濾器洗澡非常的耐斯。最後如果你玩了一天累了後不想出去吃東西，也可以在這裏讓老闆拿菜單給你點餐。他這裡有三四家餐廳的菜可供選擇。並且價格還算公道，味道也還不錯。綜合上述我覺得這家民宿是性價比最高的一家民宿。也是最值得入住的一家民宿。
