酒店距離友誼關不到20分鐘車程，網上訂的是標準雙間，前台小姐姐説我是今天到店第88位客人，很幸運直接免費升級智能豪華雙間，還送了早餐！我衹能説體驗感太好了！房間乾淨整潔，無異味，服務人員態度很好，早餐越南雞肉粉很贊，這家店我感覺是憑祥最好的一家酒店了！

這個酒店衞生太差，服務態度也有問題，被單上紅色污漬，床單下的毛髮，枕套上的毛髮，換了一間還是一樣，服務生過來更換被單，被子芯就耷拉在地上，第二天早上吃飯回來後發現門鎖突然不好用了，耽誤一個小時，奇怪不，頭次遇到門鎖壞掉。早餐還可以。後來攜程介入解決，酒店衹同意打8.5折補償，我差你1.5折嗎？？。攜程平台特別好，幫助處理問題，又給了安慰的券。4星酒店這樣子，出乎意料

去友誼關玩，晚上住這酒店。預訂時以為衹是一般的酒店，沒想到超出預期很多，還是四星的。位置很好找，內部很新，像剛裝修過。房間很大，衞生間也大，還有早餐。過年期間住客多。性價比很高，值得推薦。

去友誼關臨時住的酒店，價格不貴到設施都很不錯，酒店很大早餐也很豐盛，連水果都有三種選擇，國慶期間去越南辦證遲迴家晚了第二天想續住已經滿房定不了了

我衹能説太好了，性價比太高了！在錦華住了四天，是去參加一個很重要的網考。因為是居家網考，所以要求環境必須安靜，但不巧正趕上酒店施工，酒店的負責人知道情況後，幫我安排了董事長辦公室進行考試，也把施工進度延後，當天考試特別安靜，考試順利通過！而且有些東西暫時拿不走，要12月份再來拿，酒店前台也不怕麻煩幫我安排！酒店早餐也非常豐盛，190塊錢能這麼高的服務，真的沒任何可挑剔的了！衹有一點，今天早上5點多接親隊伍就來對門房間接新娘，吵了好久，酒店如果提前知道訊息，可以幫其他客人換到其他樓層！這樣就完美了！

衞生尚可，早餐不錯。但設施陳舊，衣櫃推拉門已經變形。最主要的問題是服務不標準，缺乏服務意識。由於房間洗手池下水管漏水而給前台打電話要求調換房間，前台服務員反覆強調要讓阿姨檢查是否漏水才行，且要求去前台辦理調換手續，根本沒有考慮與客房部協調幫助調換相近房間。另外晚上週邊有廣場舞音樂要到九點半才安靜下來。

酒店停車場車位多，停車方便！服務接待員非常熱情！免費早餐品種非常豐富！房間新裝修，無任何異味！房間大，環境很安靜，房間設施很好的，可以説是無可挑剔！下次出差過來肯定還住這是！
