到酒店，前台幫忙升級了房間，房間不錯，燈光設計的挺温馨，衞生服務都很好，衞浴用品也挺好用的，洗衣機烘乾機都很方便，大堂還有免費茶水，性價比高，值得推薦

酒店地理位置非常好，步行到美食街衹要幾分鐘，到店就去吃了個晚餐，第一次見到圓圓的牛油果。房間設施齊全舒適，我們訂的3人間，我以為親子房就是多張床，沒想到是個套房，小童房也是個大床，還有榻榻米，這超出了預期。衞浴分離，洗手盆區域是開放式的，洗澡上廁所洗手互不影響。特別要讚的是這家店居然還配備了卸粧產品，洗面奶，真是太貼心啦！迷你吧是免費的呢😋前台接待小姐姐屬於特別温和可親那種氣質，笑起來很好看，對於我們的疑問和要求一一解答和滿足。我後來的朋友居然把證件包括第二天去越南的簽證都落在了前台，前台主動聯繫後送到房間。第二天一早退房又是昨晚辦理入住的温良美女，得知她昨晚下班今天接着早班，酒店人真不容易啊。 酒店有自己的停車場，很大一個院子，很舒服。我們仨全都非常滿意並推薦。

這個酒店超級好 我的銀灘海景房，前台林羽夢小妹妹熱情接待，詳細介紹了酒店情況 ，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺，非常感謝！酒店設施一流，早餐非常棒，餐廳黃女士也非常熱情，領位招待也很專業，個個方面都讓人很舒心，下次來北海一定還住這裏。超讚！

친절하고 깨끗하고 어메니티도 다 있어서 챙겨갈게 없어서 좋았어요. 다만 에프터눈 티 무료라며 과일들과 음료들이 있는 시진과 달리 차 멸개 물통에 들어있는게 다였지만 그 외에는 틴절하고 다 좋았어요.

趕在台風天住宿酒店，遇到了十年一遇的城市內澇，稍晚個把小時就要被泡在路上。
前台提醒把車停到後面的停車場，避免了車被泡水，極端天氣感受到了酒店的貼心服務
6樓新配備了海爾的洗衣機烘乾機，出行幾天可以好好的把衣服洗乾淨，清爽開始下一程
