Planos Beach Hotel

We recently spent a week vacation at the Planos Beach Hotel in Tsilivi. The staff here was very helpful. The rooms here are clean and regular cleaning is a matter of course. The food in the restaurant was in sufficient selection and very tasty, the waiter was smiling and attentive. Special praise to the hotel manager for his attention and helpfulness.

Literally got home today 2nd September after spending a week at planos beach hotel, I didn't want to leave.. the staff are welcoming and friendly and can't do enough for you. The hotel is very clean ( cleaning lady was lovely) we stayed in room 113. The manager is brilliant had a laugh with him most days and very helpful when Tui messed up our booking check in/out so can't thank him enough. Food was amazing plenty of choices. I will be back

The vacation in Greece, on the island of Zakynthos, we chose for the first time and we didn't know what to expect. Fortunately, we came across the Planos Beach Hotel in the town of Tsilvi. At first, we were worried about the length of our stay as we chose a longer stay, but the Planos Beach hotel was a "hit in the bullseye". It went by way too fast.. Despite being on a busy street, the hotel provided peace when we needed it. The hotel has excellent access to the beautiful Ionian Sea, which we enjoyed to the fullest. The hotel is very well equipped, with a swimming pool and a bar, the hygiene in the interior and exterior of the hotel was excellent during the entire stay. The fact that we didn't even want to leave at the end of our stay was mainly thanks to the people, the hotel staff. The reception staff were helpful and willing. A separate chapter was the kitchen staff and the service, led by Eri, who prepared amazing meals for us, we had the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Greek cuisine. Erin is the true captain of the hotel's restaurant, from morning to night every day always ready to welcome and invite guests to eat with a smile. The bar was looked after by two perfect bartenders, Giannis and Kacper, who were always our excellent companions. Only in this hotel did the Boss of the hotel honor us by preparing those divine cocktails (mixed drinks). If we have the opportunity, we would like to come back here again. Henrietta & Dušan

I can truly say that it was one of the best vacations we have ever experienced. Not only was the weather beautiful and the sea close to the hotel, but the pool was also great and the food was delicious. The hotel staff made the entire vacation a hundred times better by being willing and kind. A big thanks to Eri, who not only made great food, but also always lifted the mood every time I looked at him. It was really amazing, thank you.

I recommend the Planos Beach hotel and the people who create this place. Rooms clean, cleaned every day. The food was good, varied. Erin, who works in the hotel's restaurant, and the bartenders - Kacper and Janis, deserve special mention. They create a unique atmosphere of this place, they are always smiling and very sociable. All staff from management, bar staff, restaurant staff and cleaners were all very friendly, helpful and polite, The rooms were cleaned daily, Poll area always kept clean, Food always good, the only negative i would say is that the food does need to be labeled so you know what the dishes are, other than that everything is a positive
