"The room facilities and decor are fantastic! Our host, Sue, who is from Nottingham, England, was also very welcoming and attentive, with a delightful British accent and intonation. The hotel is also in a great location—far from the town center, making it quiet, yet close to the beach for easy swimming. Several supermarkets are also conveniently located nearby, and the surrounding restaurants are delicious. The hotel also arranged a half-day tour to Shipwreck Cove for €40 per person, with half price for children under 12, making it a great value."

"An excellent weeks stay with wife and daughter (9) at end of July. Rooms - We had junior suite which was modern with excellent shower. Balcony space was spacious relative to other hotels in the area. Food - Breakfast was a mix of buffet (fruit, pastries and nice breads) and limited cooked options which were presented v well. Tea and coffee were provided via the waitresses. A special mention to the fabulous Linda - top class service and someone who represented the hotel v well. Constructive feedback - (1) There was no music around the pool & bar area. I understand some like it quiet but we felt the area lacked atmosphere. (2) Sometimes there were a mix of birds and wasp-like flys at breakfast. A large fan in the area would discourage that. Overall - Would visit again. Defo recommend."

"Nice hotel - family suite was comfortable & the cleaner was fabulous, came every day & left the room lovely. Breakfast is generally good, but for us the lunch & dinner options were satisfactory. We ate only once in the restaurant for dinner & chose to eat out at nearby restaurants. Drinks & snacks options aren’t great. We personally would not go all inclusive again. Facilities are great - we used the small gym a few times, played pool in the lobby area. Pools are shallow but in hindsight they are great for the games that the entertainment team put on daily. Staff are incredible - entertainment team really do include everyone with pool games, darts, yoga etc. Evening entertainment is run by the same team of 3 as during the day - they are so inclusive. The bar tender by the pool cannot go enough for anyone - such a great asset to the team. Location is great. Bus stop outside, car rental nearby, shops, bars & restaurants only a couple of minutes walk. If you’re looking for a fun holiday but not fussed about the food this is the perfect hotel. Thank you Karras Grande Resort!"

"The room was spacious, clean, and close to the main street, making it convenient for dining. The downsides were that breakfast didn't start until 8 am, so those catching early flights might miss it, and there were a lot of mosquitoes – I killed three in one night!"

"My only complaint is that it was *too* perfect! **Ambiance:** We stayed in a ground-floor room, and the ventilation was excellent – absolutely no musty smell. The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. **Service:** Absolutely flawless. We were there during Easter and would have missed the lamb lunch buffet because we were going out on a boat trip. We mentioned this to the front desk, and they offered to save us some food. When we returned that evening, they brought out a huge spread for us (as pictured) – it brought tears to my eyes! On our last day, we had an early start and would miss breakfast. The front desk delivered two breakfast boxes to our room the evening before. The service is genuinely thoughtful and efficient, not just polite gestures. All staff members were incredibly courteous. **Facilities:** There's an outdoor pool; it's quite small but wonderfully clean, with no debris at the bottom. The outdoor loungers are freely available, perfect for sunbathing. **Location:** It's not in the city center, but that's no big deal because tour operators for boat trips will pick you up. The hotel is right on the beach, with clear waters just steps away. All in all, it was an exceptionally good stay. I just hope it doesn't get too expensive during peak season… I'd love to come back!"

"Beautiful holiday. Drinks/food fabulous - a huge selection! Stunning hotel. We initially had swim up room 754, then moved to 631 for our late check out due to a 6am flight, both rooms are wonderful. Be wary the £100 late check out cost through TUI only covers you until 6pm, we were asked for another €100 to keep the room any longer as we had a 3am pick up but the lovely GM thankfully sorted this for us straight away. Our favourite evening entertainment was the gala night with band fiction, and remarc legends (incredible singers!) Take a walk over to their sister hotel Zante Maris, the staff are equally as friendly and serve amazing pina coladas! No issues getting sun loungers, you just need to be up early to secure the ones in the swimming pool but we found they became available at around 4pm. The staff work extremely hard and long hours, always smiling too! Thank you for a wonderful stay xx"

"Fantastic stay at the Karras Grande Tsilivi, we have had the best week, the hotel is spotless and the rooms are cleaned daily and left immaculate. the cleaning staff deserve a medal. The food was good exactly as you would expect from a hotel with this rating, certainly no complaints from us on that front. Ideally situated for access to local amenities, bars, restaurants & less than ten minutes to the beach. The pool areas are great, and the staff at the pool bars are brilliant with special mentions to the barmen Marinos and Tommy, they work tirelessly to make sure you are well hydrated, nothing was too much trouble for them, they were a credit to the hotel. They definitely made us feel welcome and we plan to return next year. To sum up I would definitely recommend this hotel."
