"The room facilities and decor are fantastic! Our host, Sue, who is from Nottingham, England, was also very welcoming and attentive, with a delightful British accent and intonation. The hotel is also in a great location—far from the town center, making it quiet, yet close to the beach for easy swimming. Several supermarkets are also conveniently located nearby, and the surrounding restaurants are delicious. The hotel also arranged a half-day tour to Shipwreck Cove for €40 per person, with half price for children under 12, making it a great value."

"The room itself was fine, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. We had to ask the front desk for an electric mosquito repellent, otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to sleep. Also, parking was very inconvenient as there were no dedicated parking spaces."

"Location is perfect. Atmosphere is dull. Rooms are modern but do need touching up, flaking bathroom ceiling- no extractor working in bathroom and a constant smell of sewer. Pool- freezing! Never seen anyone clean around the pools. Food- horrific! We had to eat out several times (not what u want when you've paid for all inclusive) soup was even cold! Broccoli that had just been defrosted under a heat lamp. Service is poor- had better service in 3 star self catering! No way 4 star!! New management could make this a really nice play to stay."

"We stayed a total of 10 nights in this lovely apartment located in the heart of Tsilivi. The apartment is situated above a bakery and is a 5-minute walk to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped and spacious, with a large balcony. The apartment is cleaned every day after 11 am, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The apartment has many pros and few cons. The only downside we personally experienced was the firmness of the mattresses. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend it!"

The food is on repeat as expected at an ai but we always found something to eat, we did eat out about 4 times in our second week. The entertainment is shocking it’s only on a few nights a week but you can use the sister hotel for entertainment if you wish. No problems getting a sunbed at lot of people seemed to be changing rooms while we where there our room was fine we had a pool view. If you go in summer holidays then the sunbeds will be a problem. They could do with some music round the pool area during the day."

"Communication before arriving was always so pleasant and friendly. But that wasn’t always the case when we were there. Requested a quiet room and was placed over looking the main road at the front of the hotel above the super market. They played music loudly and from early in the morning. Did move few days later thankfully. Rooms are basic. Don’t provide any soap. Lift was too small for the buggy to go in so every night we had to carry it up the stairs with the babies asleep. Asked if it was okay in the day time to leave the buggy tucked away in the reception area. Was told No… take it upstairs. We would never of left it in anyone’s way. Charged ridiculous amount for cots for babies.€40 per week per cot. Was told if not happy they can sleep on the sofa bed. Not very child friendly. Swim up bar was never open but told the hotel was full. Parasols are like a crochet material and give no shade at all. Definitely not anywhere near enough sun beds around the pool. Pool was clean, but cleaning salts had been left in the babies pool. Cleaners came into our room after I’d asked them not too as my husband wasn’t feeling well. Banging on the door and waking him. Requested a toaster which was good. Self catering apartment and there was no cloth to wash or dry up, no plug for the sink or bowl. Only two chairs on the balcony for a room for 4 people. We’ve been coming to Tsilivi for a long time and this was the first time in a long time we’ve stayed in a hotel. Definitely won’t be doing that again."

"The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. We went all inclusive and the food was poor. 80% was the same for the full week, it was never hot or even lukewarm. The meats were very chewy, usually I can get away with just having salads if the food isnt great but even the salad wasn't great, drowned in different liquids that was hit and miss. The snack bar consisted of cold burgers/hotdogs/chicken nugget sandwiches kept in the fridge. They did do ice cream in a tub which was refreshing by the pool. Anything else was chargeable. We spent a fortune buying food and eating out instead. I wouldnt go again."

"This is by far the WORST hotel we have ever stayed in. 4 star is a joke!! To start with, We were put in a room with a bacony that literally faces other apartments front doors. When we asked to move, we were told we should have requested pool view but we were told by the Tui rep that there isn't that option on their website. The food was not only horrible but most of it was cold. My husband tried fish which was cold and didn't taste cooked so he left. Chicken which was supposedly cooked in red wine sauce was tough. How can you even get chicken in red wine wrong??? Unless of course the man who is posing as a chef cooked the chicken to death first and then slopped the sauce over the top! Again, it was lukewarm. The soup looked like dishwasher and smelled worse! The food has been so awful, we've ended up eating out many times which defeats the object of having all inclusive. The beer is also disgusting and my husband says it leaves a horrible aftertaste in your mouth. The entertainment or lack thereof is a total joke. A man playing a saxophone, no entertainment on Wednesdays ( what a shame) or you could pop over to the hotel across the road for an equally boring night. Three days running now we've had cold showers. We reported it to reception and they said they were already aware and had there engineers on it! The shower is still as cold as the hot food so have to report again! The only saving grace is that there are a great selection of bars & restaurants in the surrounding area should need to get decent food! ( and believe me you will!!)"

"After reading a couple of the reviews I was a little bit skeptical of staying here however you defo should not be, we have just returned from staying here and it was fantastic everything you need in a hotel. We went as a couple and for us it was ideal, we stayed in a studio and it was cleaned every single day by maids who were lovely, and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was perfect, even tho continental some mornings you had the options of bacon and egg. Drinks were very cheap from the pool bar and there is even a swim up bar in pool, we never had any issues at all getting sun beds there aren’t many but it’s not a busy hotel so there is always some spare, even after going out for the morning we managed to get beds! Air con is a little bit pricey for the week (90 euros) however we were able to look over that because it was a lovely hotel stay, safe boxes were not expensive to hire for the week just 40 euros and they are located in the reception. The pool was lovely also . We even got lunch from the pool bar one afternoon and that was also delicious and very reasonable."
