It’s a great location near the ferry. It can be noisy at night but not horrible. The air conditioner initially didn’t work and the bedspread wasn’t clean but when I called the front desk they immediately took action and fixed it.

Very close to beach, ADO bus station and Cozumel ferry.
Swimming pool more like a bath tub.
Older property, but well maintained.
Spacious room.
No elevator.

The only good thing is the location, the staff's attention is terrible, they could not make their payment due to poor communication with the agencies they work with since they did not have confirmation of the reservation and my Trip had already sent me the confirmation and once the charge was made, they asked me for a guarantee of a thousand pesos that they later did not want to return to me despite showing that the confirmation and payment had already been made, I had never had a problem with Trip. Apparently the problem was with the hotel with who knows what agency, meanwhile they gave me a bad time. I would not return and do not recommend it due to its lack of professionalism.
