Not a fancy hotel but a great deal for a last minute booking. With hindsight, I wouldn't stay in such a noisy neighbourhood again. Without air-conditioning you need windows open and there's a cacophony of entertainment outside. This did affect our sleep quality. If this doesn't bother you then the hotel is a good choice. Easy walk to the beach, near supermarket, by bus stops. Friendly staff though the hotel is geared to German guests. Luckily neither of us have dietary requirements and enjoyed at least 90% of what we ate and there was plenty of choice. I suggest water be offered complimentary in the restaurant or at least a fairer price. Alcohol was reasonably priced. Pleasant quiet guests / atmosphere. Rooms and pool etc all very clean. We really like having an apartment rather than just a room. We really enjoyed the sunrises in the morning, a pleasant view. Drying area on balcony very useful. Takes ages to boil water on the hob. We didn't prep food but kitchen was equipped enough for us. A lidded bathroom bin would be much nicer. Overall, a relaxing stay.

Hotel closer to 2 stars than 3. Aging room poorly maintained with rust at the bottom of the bathtub, no air conditioning given the heat it would not be a luxury. The fact of having to rent a fan 4 euros per day I find that it is a scam and in addition the safe is chargeable unheard of. Deckchair of the swimming pool completely dilapidated. The kitchen is apparently designed for German and English tourists and no local specialties. The only positive thing friendly staff for the rest TO RUN AWAY.

A simple hotel, which only has a dining room, a swimming pool, rooms and some lounges next to reception. It lacks entertainment, a gym and a TV room. The Wi-Fi is paid for, except in reception. It is quite quiet. The rooms are apartments, with a lounge-kitchen, a bedroom and a medium-sized balcony. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is basic, without a microwave, and they do not have air conditioning. The pool is large and not very frequented. Breakfast and lunch are varied and of average quality, the coffee is very good, there is only whole cow's milk (not skimmed or cereal), perhaps they use a bit of batter. All the staff are sensational, especially the receptionists. It is well located, 10 minutes from the beach, with several shopping centres nearby and the bus stop next door. We were going to stay for 14 days and stayed for 24.

Terrible hotels, very bad experience, this will allow me to go to the competition in the future. Here Germany is king, the restaurant is simply a canteen without any Spanish variety. The reception staff are often absent, the hotel is dilapidated and there is no control over people who can come in at will, the swimming pool and bathroom are unsanitary, the hotel is in need of renovation because it is old.

Simple and quiet hotel. A bit old but very clean and with friendly and helpful staff. The food is good and there are several vegetarian options. The pool is well organized and clean. Very reasonable prices. In general everything is very good.

They ruined our honeymoon when we got to the room there were hairs in the bathroom and on the floor, the bathtub was dirty, the sheets were stained, the railing of the terrace was dirty, the bathroom door was broken, there is no air conditioning and it is hot in the room, in half board you have breakfast and dinner but be careful it only includes food, drinks are charged separately from the first bottle of water you order at dinner they charge you separately and dinner ends at 9 whether you have eaten or not they take all the trays away at 9, I wanted to leave the hotel due to lack of cleanliness in the room and I asked for my money back for the nights I didn't enjoy and to pay for the 2 nights I stayed and they refused, the only positive thing about the hotel was the restaurant staff was very friendly, the area was very quiet and close to Playa del Inglés and there is always a parking space, my recommendation is not to go to this hotel there are many to choose from

The evening buffet format was very good value for money and the staff very pleasant! Several choices of meat, fish, vegetables and varied starters too... fruit for dessert and some pastries too! We will come back and we recommend
