Great hotel, lots to do & incredible spa. Just returned home after 7 nights away as a couple in late 20s. Highlights: - Drinks choices were good on AI, with brands like Gordons, Jameson, Baileys etc - Dinner was lovely, not greasy. For vegetarians you are given the option to pre-order from a set menu in the morning, although plenty of choice. - Incredible facilities including huge spa, pool tables, bowling, mini-golf, roof top, gym. - Great location, a short walk to the beach and steps up aren't as bad as they look! Improvements: - Cocktails are pre-mixed and not very strong - but spirits are good! - Entertainment was quite poor in the evening, only 2 of the 7 nights were good. A mix of acrobats, dancers, and a few bad singers. - Breakfast was repetitive & the desserts were the same each night. - The furniture was tired outside, I think one reason it might be classed as a 3 star. We also did a Jeep Safari (€53 per person) via ******* and the train ride around the town (€6 per person). We'll be returning to the hotel for sure!

Never having been to Gran Canaria before, we picked this hotel for 5 days with Jet2 at random and so glad we did!!! We arrived at 8.30pm and as the restaurant closes at 9pm, we were immediately advised to go and eat before checking in, which we did. The food is excellent, the staff are excellent and the property is extremely clean. There is a mini golf on the 3rd floor, and downstairs there is an enormous games room, even with a 10 pin bowling lane, which is free!!!! We were on half board, the drinks were so reasonably priced, even the wine, which is very unusual for a hotel of this standard. The hotel is in a great location, bus stop right outside the hotel, one day we went to Porto Mogan, a lovely little town with a harbour and pretty narrow streets. The rest of the days we spent walking along the promenade to Maspalomas, with many stops at the bars for coffee and snacks etc. Would really recommend this hotel to anyone and hopefully we will return in the future.

Hotel clean,rooms clean.Staff pleasant enough.Food good but could be very crowded at times .Drinks very good.Found the area for the entertainment very cramped.Around the pool too was very cramped.Found where the games room were and Spa areas to be very dull and dingy.Loved the roof terrace but jacuzzi ruined swimwear.Some clientele very rude to the extent that the Entertainment Group had to stop signing and interviene .Wouldn't return to this hotel

Great hotel, with great staff. A lot of entertainment and good breakfast. Wish the pool and the spa were open until a little later but I understand it would be a mess for the staff to deal with. The only downside is men staring at you while you’re trying to relax at the pool and at the spa.

We have just returned after a 5 day short break Reception friendly and checking in was quick and easy Room was large modern and spotless Stayed all inclusive food and drinks were excellent Staff were polite and friendly The spa was brilliant and at no additional costs apart from treatments We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return again

The hotel deserves 4 stars. Lots of activities included in the price of your stay (roof terrace with jacuzzi, wellness centre, fitness center and game room), courteous staff and very good food. Great base for exploring the island. I would like to return one day.
