The place is great in terms of location but the rooms on the ground and basement areas are horrible and very noisy in the morning , we had cock roaches in the bahtroom and the shower head was completely covered in scale so we couldn't have a proper shower ,no view at all .
I will not stay here ,again.
I requested a room on a higher floor and with a street view but simply got ignored.
Not the best customer service at the reception, either 🙄
So , avoid it if you have better options and there is availability nearby.

Nice hotel rooms clean lovely pool plenty of sunbeds get one anytime you go to pool we went BnB only fault tea bags rotten take your own plenty choice for breakfast only fault cooked breakfast was cold fried eggs and boiled eggs were the hottest things there

The hotel is great value for money however very very noisy, we stayed for 10 nights and only slept about 4 hour every night, the music from the bars outside goes on until about 2-3am. Other than that we stayed B&B decent food but not a lot of choice but again you get what you pay for. Pool area lovely can’t fault this at all could do with a jet wash but it’s again fine for what you pay. Staff are all lovely i definitely would not go all inclusive as there isn’t much going on in the hotel to get your moneys worth and there’s plenty of eating and drinking places around for nice food and drinks. My biggest concern is the terrace at the rooftop stunk of urine we went to sunbathe, it’s artificial grass and smelt very bad. I put my clothes on the floor and when I picked them up they were soaking. I must of put them in the urine. Hotel is clean and tidy, we wouldn’t return due to the noise and I can normally sleep through anything. All in all good hotel, great location and a good holiday.

Fab hotel, very clean, beds made everyday and fresh towels, only down fall out of the hotel was we was made to wait for 3 and a half hours for our room, we arrived at 1130 am, other people were coming and getting their rooms straight away, needs to be managed better, we was bnb breakfast was good great scrambled eggs, few rude and ignorant Germans. Pool opened at 9am silly minority running for beds when there was only 10 ppl in the queue and more than 100 beds , insane if you ask me.

Girls holiday booked for my 50th. Just looking for something cheap and cheerful. Perfect location for accessing all that PDI and Maspolomas had to offer. Easy walking to beach, Yumbo, Cita. Good selection of local bars close by too Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was basic but very comfortable and clean. We had a room above the front door, facing the street. Was directly about the bars and was very noisy until about 2am. Ear plugs were a must. We went all inc. The buffet restaurant was very decent. The food was over very high standard certainly not a big choice compared to some places I've been but every dish I tried was very tasty. Good choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Pool area was great, nice pool. Lots of sunbeds and all had mattress bags on, so very comfortable. Perfect for couples and groups but not a kid friendly hotel IMO. Would definitely book again for a girl or couple holiday

We had a fabulous time at this hotel. It’s spotless. Central to beach and bars. For the price we paid and a 3 star hotel it’s fantastic and we will definitely return. We only ate breakfast there. Nothing fancy but something for everyone. Pool area lovely and pool was heated. Rooms cleaned regularly and fresh towels everyday bar Sunday.

Booked this for my husbands 50th arrived staff lovely fantastic location but the hotel needs a complete refurbishment paint flaking off walls tiles missing in the pool, poolside needs a good jet washing. No mirror where dressing table is bathroom run down. Food was awful myself and my husband got sick on our 2nd day and spent 3 days in our room. Still here now on day 7 and still feel awful. Can't wait to get home never again.
