Don't let the negative views put you off this is a Superb Hotel with Friendly Staff and a Clean Environment, the food is in abundance and there is something for everyone if you can upgrade to a Superior Room they have sea views and are comfy. Give it a go it won't dissapoint.

We arrived for 10 days greeted by Rosa on reception easy check in very warm welcome Rooms are dated need to be brought into this centre very basic rooms What lacked in decor and modern rooms made up for in cleanliness, rooms were cleaned every day fresh towels and bedding Food was good different varieties everyday Little cold sometimes But there is a microwave if you wanted to heat up your food Pool was fab managed to get a sunbeds easy ( love the no reservation of sunbeds rule ) Considering there was 7 of us always managed to sit and sunbathe together Water slides were ace made more for a younger family but we all still had a slide Jacuzzi just loved The waiters especially Juan and waitresses couldn’t do enough for you A little struggle with the language Thankyou to google translate all worked out in the end The entertainment was mainly Spanish , was a little disappointed ☹️ some of the entertainment surely could cater for the English? We had a lovely couple of walks to the nearby harbour lovely on the night time good nightlife and little stalls to buy gifts from The beach is just trough a gated door across the road beach isn’t a sandy beach little stones beach ( you will need beach shoes) Sea is lovely once you’ve managed to get into the sea , be careful if you are unsteady on your feet , can’t get out the sea very dignified

It was my first time holiday in Spain with my two sons (ages 10 yr old and 8 yr old) and we are first-timers. And we fall in love with Spain already, especially here in Playadulce Hotel Almeria. My children and I stayed here for 6 nights and 7 days. Two of the best features I would like to share is that all the staff from reception down to the restaurant is very welcoming, accommodating, kind, friendly. Overall, they are amazing staffs especially Daniel, from the reception. The customer service I received from him was beyond my imagination. He went on to give the customer an extra mile. After three nights of our stay, we had a water problem on our floor. First, he asked me if I wanted to move to a different floor, and offered me, but I declined as my 8-year-old son was excited to go swimming on the pool. And then, I realised we don't have water in our room to take a shower. So, I went to the reception again, and I asked Daniel if the offer was still on. And to my surprised, he upgraded us into a family theme room, more better view and much more spacious that I ended up sleeping in such a massive bed on my own with my cosy blanket and pillow while my two sons, they were sleeping on their own bed in which a bus bunkbed and they both loved it. The hotel is fabulously clean. Cleaner had done so well in cleaning our room every other day instead of every day (my choice). The location is perfect for us as the beach is only 2 mins walk and restaurants and cafe on the side road. The food was incredibly tasty and delicious, especially the pork ribs cooked in a tomato sauce. My two sons loved their pancakes every day with choros and fresh omellet with ham and cheese every breakfast. They also enjoyed their margarita pizza as always. There was also a cooking show in the hotel where you can choose either meat or fish and seafood and ask the chef to cook it for you. Overall, my children and I are one happy and satisfied customers. And they wanted to go back here for our next holiday, God willing on August or October. I highly recommend Playadulce Hotel Almeria for a family holiday.

This hotel is one of my favorites, the meals are great, a lot of variety, the staff is super nice and the moniclub always funny. I raccomand it for a family holiday. Also the view from the room is wonderful and very peaceful. We will come back soon, I am sure

First time at the hotel and we loved it. The best feature was how clean everywhere was. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of choice and the swimming pool (indoor) was perfect for my 5 year old son. Beds were comfy and spacious and the sound of the sea was wonderful !
