Valamar Isabella Miramare

Perfect, great place to spend your vacation in Croatia with your family. Great beach, nice facilities, great food, perfect service, island feeling. We could also spot some dolphins from the island's beach. It is also a paradise for kids, no cars on the island.

The Hotel is absolutely beautiful and the island location is idyllic!! We have been back many times and are never disappointed. The staff could not be more helpful and went out of their way to help and make our holiday special. Antonio in reception was amazing and could not do enough 🙌🏻

WE have stayed 6 nights at Valamar Isabella Resort. Excellent service at the reception as well as in the reservation center. Excellent food very clean rooms. There is a free ship shuttle to the island and great beaches! We will definitely come again.

This was our second visit to the hotel, the first time being in 2016 when the hotel had a full revamp. We stayed in hotel first time so thought we'd try a villa this time. We booked a superior sea view villa through Love Holidays. On arrival to the villa we were really disappointed with the view as we had a huge tree in front of our balcony blocking the view. After a call to Reception we were offered a villa with a much nicer view which was great. All our neighbours were German and on day before departure we were sent a letter in German about departure procedures for the following day. My question therefore is are all the better view villas for German guests and British guests get the not so nice view? If the hotel had been full we would have been very disappointed had we been given first villa. That is the only negatives. The hotel is stunning and the trip from the port to the hotel is really special and quite breathtaking. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming but to be fair all staff in the hotel have obviously been trained to a very high standard and we're all very friendly and helpful. The villa was beautiful with lots of room, a large terrace with table, for chairs and outdoor sink. The bed was really comfortable and we slept really well. The food was second the none with huge choices and plentiful amounts so we were totally spoilt for choice on a daily basis. The facilities and garden on the island are fantastic and there's lots of rocky outcrops where you can lie and listen to the waves whilst reading. Thank you Valamar for another wonderful stay where we made lots of special memories.

Highly recommend, we went as a large family and all loved it. Staff were great and helpful. Rooms were clean and loads of stuff for the kids to do. Evening food was lovely and with a wide choice. We never had a bad meal while we were on our stay.

This place is wonderful! I was so sad to leave. The people are all incredibly helpful and kind. The setting is a small island with several beaches and a couple of pools and no cars. At least 4 different restaurants to eat at. They are all different but all good in their way. A small spa with a lovely, clean, small indoor pool. The Miramare restaurant has a wonderful sun setting location. If you can get an upgrade to the "V" section, I would recommend it! Thank you to the team who were incredibly professional! Including Petra, Maro, and everyone on reception and Eva who is a great P.T!! The lovely lady who makes the eggs with a fabulous smile every day. You were all truly superb! Thank you. p.s. don't forget mosquito repellent!
