Location is good. But it is a bit different to stop the car in front of the hotel. Staffs are so nice. Valet parking is also convenient.

Top class hotel. Helpful staff and explained everything you need to know. You will not have any issue as the staff will take care of you. No worry for the car parking. The staff did all for you.

Hotel is centrally located near to Sao Bento station and can walk to most attractions like the clerigos and cathedral. There are also several food options available. The only downside is there’s not much amenities. The gym is pretty small and no swimming pool

I think this is one of the best hotel in central Porto. Everything is basically at walking distance. The room is spacious and got everything I needed.

Bad experiences. My purpose of this stay was to celebrate our anniversary and would like to give a surprise to my partner. I requested to decorate the room as mentioned in the hotel booking via Ctrip. When we checked in, there is nothing happen and no one told us this request cannot be accommodated. When I contacted the hotel, they said that they didn’t receive this request, I don’t know what’s happened. Anyway, It is what it is and disappointing.

the hotel is very close to the train station and other sightseeing places. There's a big construction site right in front of the hotel which makes it a bit inconvenient to walk around. The hotel offered us a room which faced the courtyard, so we didn't experience any construction noise. The room was very clean and the beds are comfortable. overall it is positive experience with the hotel
