A lovely hotel away from noise, hustle and bustle of central Porto. It was a relief to escape Porto and go back to here after a busy day sightseeing. The metro has frequent trains, and is overground where this hotel is, and goes undergound when you travel into the centre. Rooms lovely and big. Little kitchen area with kettle. Lovely breakfast. Lots of very nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

Nice staff and clean hotel but a few things missed the mark. Pros: clean, nice staff, decent sized rooms, reasonably priced good breakfast buffet, u ground parking for 10 euros a day, convenient to bars, restaurants, good hair dryer, bidet. Cons: weak WiFi, inconsistent hot water (usually colder in evenings), other than 2 cups, 2 mugs and 2 sets of silverware, kitchen not equipped. Asked for kitchen to be unlocked but only got a few sets of plates and silverware. And shower is in room, not in bathroom so can see part of shower area from room.

Great hotel. Ample room with modern decorations and excellent condition, extremely clean and confortable bedroom with kitchen. Good price. Very good breakfast and professional staff I recommend this hotel

I can only say great things about my stay in this hotel. Beautiful, spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable. Great working WiFi so that I could easily work from there. And what's more important, super nice staff that take care of their clients. Thank you Eurostars Oporto!

This hotel is at a perfect location, a15 minute metro ride from the center of Porto. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was great! Luis and Antonio were very helpful during check in, check out and throughout our stay. They helped us with directions, restaurant recommendations and transportation tips. I really recommend this hotel to anyone going to Lisbon!

My boyfriend and I have stayed twice in this hotel The rooms are really big and modern The staff is really helpful and friendly But we would like to leave a special review for the receptionist “Luís “ and would like to thank him again for his services . We will definitely be back in the near future

The location of this hotel was perfect for us since it's a block from the end of the Porto yellow (D) metro line. We parked the car in the underground garage and a short ride later we were in downtown Porto. The room was modern and the largest we have ever stayed in while travelling in Europe. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The rainhead shower with jets was awesome. Breakfast was the best of our trip with several hot items as well as the other usual selections. Wifi was good and english channels were available on TV. Service was good and a nice touch was the welcome bottle of port. We had dinner one night in the hotel and this was the only disappointment. The one other table arrived after us, ate and paid their bill before we got our entree. Recommend eating at one of the neighbourfood restaurants instead. Definitely recommend this hotel.
