Slightly out of town and about 10 mins walk to the metro. Modern and rooms in good condition. Very helpful staff. Good value for money.

Hotel room is new and nicely designed. Housekeeping is a bit challenging, floor was dirty and sticky, carpet was dirty and dusty. Bath towels found stained and holes. Appreciated the prompt response from the reception team and provided us with slippers.

Quiet inner yard but the room size seems to include patio. Location ok if you can walk steep roads up.
Nice and helpful staff.
Breakfast fine and might get crowded when high season.

The hotel is clean, located far from the center (on the hills it is doubly inconvenient). The staff is unfriendly and inhospitable. For this money it is better to choose another hotel.

The location is a bit far from the downtown area, but the surroundings are quiet, so it was a great place to stay. Porto is easy to walk around, so there was no problem getting to the main tourist attractions in the downtown area, and the bus stop and subway station are close by, so getting around was no problem at all.
The room condition was very good and the room size was sufficient.
The breakfast was clean and delicious, so I ate it every day, and overall I was very satisfied with the hotel facilities. If I come back, I will stay here again and recommend it to others.

Nice interior, clean room, delicious breakfast, cheerful staff, everything was perfect. As we were on our honeymoon, the staff were attentive and prepared a lovely cake and champagne for us.
