Thank you, it was actually the best hotel, the service was second to none.. Tiny glitch with the bill, but reception girl Michelle sorted it. Such a lovely woman, made our stay memorable. So funny and down to earth and so very genuine!! Definitely be back. Remember us ! It’s the little things that matter and the little things we’re delivered by Michelle. It was only a birthday, but she made it so special for me. Thank you

With a Golf trip!! My guys are funny, but We have nothing on the Irish girl Michelle. By god she’s tripping!! We had such a fun time. Great ambassador for the Adelphi. I love the Irish, thanks Michelle. You made our whole trip in Ireland the best ever .

Stunning hotel and the service from reception was excellent. We were celebrating our anniversary. What made it so special was Michelle on reception acknowledged our anniversary the minute we entered the hotel. And she upgraded us. Which was very unexpected. Not only that, when we went to our room which was amazing, Michelle had left a little note for us, with a beautiful plate with happy anniversary on it, with chocolate strawberries. I’m only sorry that we didn’t take a picture before we ate them. We had such a wonderful time, will definitely be back. Declan in the restaurant was great too. Thank you for making our anniversary so special, truly memorable and heartfelt.

Not a great experience of this hotel at all. First thing was I had a voucher and when I asked to use it they took 15min to figure out how to enter the code. Then when I questioned the bill it turns out there's a 10% service charge added which I wasn't told about and is on the menu in very very small print. Our room 408 was so uncomfortable to try to sleep in because it was like an oven, had to open the window for air and still wet had no sleep. When I said to reception person on check out with attitude she replied We applied for air-conditioning but were turned down because it's a listed building. Will not be back.

Portrush Adelphi is the perfect hotel to stay at, the service is top class and they are very welcoming from the second you step inside the hotel. This is by far the best hotel experience we have ever received.

Parking is an issue there is none. Our Room 105 was small only suitable for a single resident. Looked out onto a flat roof. No hot water when trying to get ready to go out for the evening. Bath/Shower not safe no handrail or slip mat. Room too hot..

The staff absolutely beautiful people. So kind and welcoming. Treated my children very well. Great food, great cocktails and very close to the beach, city centre. I had the best sleep, tearoom was very clean and the room so justva perfect tempature
