Awesome location with a lot of we wanted to see within walking distance. Our apartment was clean, cozy and enjoyable. We had to pick the house keys from a different office 3mins by car away from the appartment.

What a fabulous apartment. Super spacious, bright and beautifully furnished. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff are amazing, they were attentive and timely, nothing was a problem. I would totally recommend this apartment to others.

Absolutely magical! This villa is perfectly located right across from Sanssouci, and the spacious, beautifully designed rooms made our stay feel luxurious. The garden is a true hidden gem in Potsdam—so peaceful and enchanting. I can’t wait to return on my next visit!

The classicistic Villa Arnim was built in 18599/60 and designed by Ferdinand von Arnim, the master-builder of the king. We spent the afternoon and one night in August and enjoyed our stay. The apartment had a living room, bed room and a kitchenette all very well appointed. The bathroom is brand new, the beds are very comfortable with high quality linens.

We celebrated there our friend's 40th birthday! It was magical! Excellent place with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Ian for going just that little step extra for the guests!

The apartments are beautiful and ideally located. However, the price-performance ratio is completely inadequate. We had booked two apartments. Unfortunately, one of the beds squeaked extremely loudly. The dining table wobbled so much that you couldn't eat at it. When we asked, it was supposed to be repaired. But this didn't happen by the time we left. In one apartment there were no glasses and a coffee machine that didn't work on a ceramic hob. We were supposed to get a free parking space, but when we got there we were told we had to park the car outside the property. And the "best thing" was that there was a big party in the house that evening. The bass could be heard until late at night. What a shame, we will never check in here again.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesen Serviced Apartments rundum genossen. Die Apartments sind modern, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche war vollständig eingerichtet, sodass ich problemlos selbst kochen konnte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit und die stilvolle Einrichtung – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar, egal ob es um Empfehlungen für die Umgebung oder kleine Anliegen ging. Die Lage ist ideal – zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend. Ich kann diese Serviced Apartments uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen, wenn ich in der Stadt bin! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
