We've received a friendlier welcome. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. The stairwells are not for use except at the reception. Therefore, the walks are very long."

"Fantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things."

"Opposite the hotel is the train station, as well as a large supermarket and shopping mall. The most important thing is that most restaurants are open on Sundays, which is very convenient. The hotel rooms are innovatively decorated, with a courtyard-like layout, and offer a wide variety of breakfast options. There are plenty of parking spaces in the underground parking lot, 15 euros per day, and it feels very safe. There is also space to park outside."

"The first breakfast was a real disappointment. The young staff weren't motivated, there was no cold cuts, fruit, etc., and they couldn't even offer me hot chocolate because the machine was broken (there are other ways to heat it up). When I asked if they were going to restock, they looked at their watch and said it was already 9:10. The second day, breakfast was fantastic! 👍🏻 They made us fresh scrambled eggs because they were out of them, and they brought hot chocolate to our table despite the broken coffee machine. So everything was great! 👍🏻"
