The floor drain in the bathroom was broken, the shower head handle could not be lifted, and the room smelled of laundry and air cleaner. The elevator outside was broken. The room door was not very soundproof from the outside.

i enjoyed my stay in hilton chicago northbrook. room is clean, foods are good specially their pizza is so good. staffs are great except one particular person the male manager is rude didnt want to tell me anything looking at me angry bla2. otherwise everything good

This hotel is fairly new and we could tell! It was very clean. I didn’t give full points for anything else because 1) the fax machine wasn’t working and the front desk associate couldn’t tell me when it would be fixed (I was here for 2 weeks), even though a different attendant was very good about replenishing they breakfast offerings. Some days the front desk people were friendly, others not so friendly. I didn’t use the amenities.
