Recently spent 3 days at the Tsokkos beach hotel on a All inclusive
Room was cleaned every day and comfortable bed.
Pool was lovely and big but can imagine it being very crowded in height of summer.
Food was excellent we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the food tasty and plenty of choice.
Local drinks beer/ spirits were also good as were the soft drinks.
Entertainment around pool was aqua aerobics which lasted approximately half a hour, the music if you can call it that was painful to listen to the volume was turned right up which there was no need for it to be.
It was head banging rave type stuff it truly was dreadful, I felt like it was an endurance test to get through it.
Please when doing these activities cater to your audience as it changes throughout the year and have respect for the guests who do not want to join in who came away to relax.
Some staff really nice others couldn’t even smile especially the 2 ladies on omelette making.

This hotel is supposedly a 4* I'd say 2/3. Food choice not the best or the cleanliness of rooms. Location is good for the beach and local bars. But I wouldn't recommend or be back. Needs updating to make comfortable and welcoming. Over priced for what it offers!

Star hotel location is a center of uttaras it's a very good hotel it's near to the peace you can go to the bees within three minutes the hotel room is excellent was very good and have too much variety. Room was net and clean. Stuff was very friendly. Service was very good

This is a very good hotel , it very close to the Beach Only three minute need to go there. The room was very clean. Food was amazing. We were all inclusive so we enjoy breakfast, launch and dinner.It was so delicious. The room is very clean. We enjoyed our holiday very much.

fantastic location the hotel is very beautiful center of protaras. The hotel is near to the beach.room was clean. Size was very good. Food is very good breakfast and dinner. I have lots of varieties. Staff Was excellent excellent. What do you enjoy our holiday very now we enjoy our holiday very much.

This hotel is not 4 star. On the plus side rooms are nice and the location is top notch - right on the beach and in the town centre However, As a vegetarian beware - most of the food has hidden meat in it, nothing is properly labelled so you can’t tell what’s in it. The food is also horrible. I’ve eaten potatoes and salty vegetables every day for a week. With the only highlight being one day where there was a slightly dry pizza on offer. The gym is also disgusting- i think it might have been forgotten about by the management as there are dead cockroaches on the floor leaking pipes and water everywhere and my favourite was the decomposing fruit situated in a dark smelly side room with rubbish in it. All the machines are broken and it smells like someone died in there. No towels. No water and it should be condemned as far as I’m concerned.

I have always been to 4 star and above hotels - after receiving an email from jet 2 to say it is now 3 star was disappointing and was worried about staying from reading recent reviews. Here is what I thought: Positives: Good pool area, plenty of sunbeds and fresh towels available. Good entertainment - aqua aerobics , water polo and different entertainment each night e.g. bingo Perfect location and views from the restaurant! Range of cocktails included in all inclusive, aswell as ice cream. Spacious, modern room (despite bathroom but was still clean with fresh towels each day). Each night in the restaurant was themed, favourites were the Mexican, Italian and Chinese. Plenty of choice for breakfast - fresh pancakes and omelettes made to order. Spacious, modern room (despite bathroom). This hotel seems to have gotten a lot of criticism about the food, as a very fussy eater, of course I did settle on chicken nuggets for lunch a few times. However , I always found something different to eat during breakfast and tea times which is highlighted above. Negatives: Hallway/lifts/bathrooms need renovation. Underground floor where the gym is needs a renovation. Would I return? Yes!

The room are well cleaned☆☆☆☆ 403 excellent The food in restaurant has no taste,very bad food for a 4 star hotel and desserts are disgusting.the head of the kitchen is looking nervous constantly. Better to go there on holiday but eating out in restaurants👌
