Sunrise Beach Hotel

Friendly staff, clean common arias, clean rooms, excellent food.

This place came highly recommended from other people who stayed at the sun rise Pearl. We decided to dine here and they happily fitted us in without a reservation. Both are meals were tasty and large! Friendly staff with excellent waiters. Good value for money!

We visited the Sunrise Beach Hotel with family and had a fantastic stay . The rooms are lovely and well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The dining experience is very good with something for everyone. The location is excellent right on the beach with 2 pools plus lovely pool bars . The majority of the team are very friendly and welcoming, Maria and Christos deserve a special thank you for their wonderful hospitality and for always going the extra mile to make sure everyone has a great experience in the restaurant. Daniel Weber the guest relations manager is also very friendly and helpful and is willing to listen to any problems that you may have .He is always open to suggestions. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the sunbed situation. Beds are allocated by the surly pool staff, so you have people without children on the front line of the family pool despite there being an adult only pool . These people then complain about being splashed by children enjoying the water .The parents of children are on sunbeds away from the pool and are unable to relax as they can’t see their children in the water . I understand that the hotel is at full capacity but feel they could come up with something more family friendly. Well done Sunrise Beach what a fantastic hotel.

Please read all. Pros Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, room was always clean everyday. Lovely pool area. Great location. Right on the beach Cons. Nothing at all for kids in day or night! LACK of entertainment! There was a lady singing in the small area near reception every night, very boring. No other entertainment other than that. No entertainment or atmosphere in the day times either, pool area very quiet and only time anything going on was pool aerobics on 1 of the days. Would be nice to have a bit of music near the pool even quietly. Avoid the omelettes. Ate half of one on my last day before opening it up and realising it was completely raw in the middle , i spent my flight home being sick on the plane. We also got put on the end of the building near the road and the bar opposite the kfc was booming loud until around 2 am even with doors and windows shut which was quite annoying. I wouldnt advise this hotel if you have kids and i wouldnt return as there is nothing here for them to do, no slides, no entertainment in day or night. No kids club. If your a couple then yes would be great but not for a family with children.

First time at this hotel and won’t be the last. Excellent hotel for location right on the beach and close to the *****. Room was good with cleaning services every day. Bathroom good with excellent shower. The breakfast was amazing with huge choice and high quality. The staff always made sure you were happy as well as being polite and friendly. The pools were good with friendly bar staff at the swim up bar, shout out to Harris who made great food and drink. The entertainment staff comprising of Simon, Nelli and Petra were always helpful and fun looking after our 9 years old, nothing was any trouble. Ticked all the boxes will be back. Also check out the reef restaurant which is attached as great food and service.
