Beach Enclave North Shore

Eight of us, plus an infant stayed at the Beach Enclave North Shore, House #9 for seven nights. The bedrooms were comfortable, each room had a King bed. The TV in the living room was not near the sofa, so you could only sit at the bar to watch the football games. The kitchen was not well stocked. There were only 2 teaspoons and not enough glasses. The pans were very scratched. Our butler was Alex, who was very nice. He set up the breakfast table every day and mostly worked on laundry. He left around midday since we didn't need him for anything else. There is no view of the ocean sitting by the pool or from the main level. The only ocean view is upstairs from the bedrooms. There were not enough chairs or umbrellas at the beach. We were told most of the umbrellas were broken. We were promised they would set up our chairs and umbrellas every day upon request from our butler, but when we went down to the beach we had to find the beach attendant and wait while he looked for chairs for us. Many of the beach front units have their own lounge chairs overlooking the beach. But, if you stay at one of the hill top units, you don't have designated lounge chairs at the beach. For the price we paid, I would expect the resort to have enough lounge chairs/umbrellas for all their guests. Many of the Beach Enclave units are owned by individuals. I noticed several of the owners brought their own folding beach chairs to the beach. The beach is very small and very rocky. You need shoes to walk over the broken limestone pieces. The ocean in front of the resort has lots of fish and a few turtles, which was nice. The beaches at Long Bay and Grace Bay are much better. Beach Enclave North Shore has a small restaurant, The Bluff Bar. They are open for lunch and close around 6:30pm at night. The menu was small, but tasty. You can't walk to any other restaurants or stores from Beach Enclave North, so you need to hire a car for your stay or call for drivers to take you anywhere else. We hired a private chef for two of our nights and Jared did an excellent job. The rest of the evenings we ate out at restaurants. The gym on the property was small but functional. The yoga teacher was very good. The Beach Enclave North Shore has pictures of types of units they rent. But, these are not necessarily pictures of the exact unit you will be renting.

We returned from a family trip over New Years and has the most exceptional stay possible! We were fortunate enough to be the second guests ever using Villa 1 at the new Reserve property adjacent to the Grace Bay enclave. The house and amenities were truly spectacular and as nice as these images appear, they do not even begin to give a sense how incredible this home was built, the size and scale of the house and pool, and the views from the endless panoramic windows. Even more spectacular than the house and views was the service from the dedicated staff (Kuenzang as butler, Ram as chef, and Ashok as housekeeping). The food was incredible, the service and attention to detail were above and beyond, and we were just so sad to leave at the end of the stay. Thanks so much for an incredible time and exceptional staff!

Gregory our concierge was spectacular. We never did a dish. Food spectacular and always a drink in our hand. Bravo G-man! Kudos to the man. We loved him Beach enclave was the best family vacation we ever had. So happy we did this trip. Loved it.

The search for the perfect vacation is over. We stayed at Beach Enclave - North Shore with our 2 adult children and their spouses. The villa was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the fact that the highly sought out protected reef for snorkeling and swimming with turtles was right outside our door. Boats would bring other guests from all over the island, but it was our own personal wonder land at any time of day. Meals cooked by chef Ram were culinary delights. Every single need was attended by precious Pema who was our butler. She arranged and saw over everything we requested as well as learning and anticipating anything that she could do without anyone ever having to ask. Transportation arrangements were always handled promptly and professionally, with the 6 of us getting anywhere we desired in complete comfort. The entire stay was just carefree and the ultimate in relaxation. Our entire group was in full agreement that we would be back. The sooner the better!!

We had the best time staying at the Beach Enclave on Long Bay with Nuwan as our butler! The villa had everything we could have asked for and more. From the second we arrived, Nuwan attended to our every need. From bringing out refreshing, cool face cloths for us to running to the store to get us particular items that we were unable to find ourselves, he did it all! There wasn’t a single request that Nuwan was not able to make happen. He found live entertainment for us to have one night after dinner and was incredibly knowledgeable about the island and the many things to do. He made sure we had transportation whenever we needed it and each morning, he was there to greet us with breakfast and a smile. If you are looking for a memorable trip away, this is your place and Nuwan is your guy!!!

We had an amazing stay at 'The Reserve' Villa in Grace Bay. The service was excellent. Kuenza the butler was wonderful and Chef Fredrick prepared some delightful and sumptious meals for us. To top that up the house keeper Ashok completely spoilt us with his service. This team is just the best!
