Ottimo personale, struttura pulita, naturalmente è un po’ datata e fa bisognevole di qualche ristrutturazione, la ristorazione il primo giorno è stata squisita il secondo giorno un po’ meno specialmente la pasta a forno congelata, ma tutto sommato considerando il prezzo mi sento di dare più della sufficienza.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I have a thousand hotel nights in experience and this is by far the most respectable hotel facility I have visited and then it competes with 14 visited countries in Africa where the hotel standard is generally low. Genuinely rude staff and with rooms in such poor condition that it would hardly be suitable for farm animals, if there are animals at all. We didn't see any agriturismo. It stank of mold and solvents throughout the building and getting help with an extension cable for the electric car - despite the offer to pay extra - was not available. AVOID WITH EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD.

I chose this hotel due to them having a big pool but upon arrival the pool was not filled up and they said it would be done in a couple of weeks. However this was in June with almost 35 degrees so why it wouldn't be done by then is beyond my understanding. However, time has shown that they never filled up the pool during the whole 2022. So, when I saw this I wanted to leave as they had falsely advertised about the pool, intentionally. They said that I just had to email them, which I did, and that they would complete the refund. But over 6 months later I still havent received any refund. Do NOT trust this hotel!

Sono andata in questa struttura con la mia famiglia per andare a visitare Etnaland, devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa. Struttura un po' da sistemare, ma accogliente. Camere pulite, sistemate ogni mattina, cambio di asciugamani ogni giorno. Se dovesse capitare ci ritorno tranquillamente.

Esperienza in questa struttura abbastanza positiva. Ottima posizione vicino al parco divertimenti ed altri posti d'interesse. Sicuramente Le camere,come la struttura hanno bisogno di una maggiore cura. Unica pecca ,ci aspettavamo una piscina ,che attualmente sembra in manutenzione. Prezzi ok. Da tenere assolutamente in considerazione per altri eventuali soggiorni.

Al di sopra di ogni aspettativa. La differenza la fanno le persone. La struttura ha sicuramente bisogno di attenzioni, ma come appoggio per visitare il vicino parco giochi è la soluzione migliore. Prezzi molto bassi. Il ristorante con il suo menù ha soddisfatto sia o grandi che i più piccoli. Sicuramente ci ritornerò.

Ho passato due notti in quest’hotel insieme alla mia compagna, e devo dire che mi sono trovato bene, leggo diverse recensioni negative a riguardo ma non sono affatto d’accordo, le camere sono molto pulite, vengono pulite di continuo, lo staff è gentile e molto disponibile, colazione abbondante e varia. Sono soddisfatto.

Hanno promesso che mi avrebbero rimborsato perché hanno mentito nella loro pubblicità dicendo che avevano un pool funzionale. Tuttavia non mi hanno mai inviato i miei soldi. La stanza non era affatto pulita, era disgustoso. non stare qui!
