We checked in at 8pm. Thank you very much to the front desk lady for her warm reception and quick check-in for us. The hotel's outdoor hot spring children's playground gave the children a great time. I really regret not checking in earlier! Adults can also enjoy different outdoor hot spring pools to relieve the fatigue of the journey!
After a night's rest, it was very quiet and comfortable, the breakfast was very rich and most importantly, very exquisite! The restaurant service is very considerate and thoughtful!
The hotel's surroundings are very good, parking is convenient, it's very close to the city, and the terrain is flat, making it very suitable for staying with the elderly!
Thanks again to all the hotel staff for their warm and thoughtful service. We will stay here again for a few more days and recommend our friends to come and experience it!

The hotel is a little far from the city so it is a little quiet and suitable for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff are polite. The whole garden is beautiful and clean. It's nice to take a walk. The swimming pool is clean and clear. The experience is great. We all went to the hot springs. We were very satisfied with the hot spring pool and the children's playground. There are many choices. Although it was Chinese New Year period, there were not many people there. Except for a bunch of naughty kids who came to the hotel and were very noisy, everything else was pretty good.
The room was also very clean and had heated clothes drying rack which was a nice touch. This is a very good experience in the hot spring resort I have stayed in. It is worth recommending.

感受非常糟糕！我們10點左右抵達酒店 進門最顯眼位置就是這塊牌子（如圖1）。此時心裏隱隱感到不妙。果然辦理入住的時候 前台看都不看我的訂單就是一句現在沒房需要等待！然後我説沒關係，先幫我登記吧，我是攜程訂的，之後報了訂房人姓名。前台重新核查，改口道有一間2樓空着，幫我們辦理了入住。我當時問他，我訂的房含康養樂園暢遊票，幾點可以泡温泉？前台回答10:00-23:00都可以，需要泡温泉的時候來前台説一下就行，卻始終沒給我套餐中含有的康養樂園暢遊票和茶博園門票（如圖3）
下午兩點多回到酒店，拿了衣服就去找前台 準備泡温泉，前台提醒我們説 要換好泳衣、帶好浴巾、穿好浴袍才方便進，當時我沒理解其意思，傻傻的説道，沒關係的、我們帶着泳衣可以進去換的。然後前台就指了指前方花園説，筆直走，到了前面左轉 報房間號 即可進入。
我們如他所説照做，但是看門的工作人員告訴我們 裏面就是温泉 不換拖鞋、泳衣無法進入，我説我們進去換，工作人員説 你們從酒店進去的沒手牌，無法使用更衣箱，沒有浴巾和拖鞋。我當時一聽就驚了，搞半天我們是從邊門進的**** 不享受各種服務，連更衣箱的使用權都沒！一氣之下就回前台理論了。結果前台就是一口咬死，酒店客人進康養樂園都這樣。説是給了手牌，不好做賬，讓我把訂單退了 重新單獨買票進。（此處省略中間爭執環節）最後我表示我購買的套餐上明明寫着贈送三張暢玩票（如圖2），我們要門票 從正門走，享受該有的服務！你解決不了把你們領導叫來。過了幾分鐘一個女領導來了，皮笑肉不笑的説著抱歉，每當我想説話 就被這個女領導以先生你別激動打斷！問題是我受到了不公平的對待為自己鳴不平就是激動了？真的是沒有一點職業素養，服務行業最重要的是傾聽！懂嗎？（結果第二天吃早飯看見該女領導站在餐廳門口點頭哈腰的給一行人服務、與昨天對比判若兩人）
此事前後耗時40多分鐘，酒店方無任何致歉的賠償！真的很心累。明明是出來旅遊放鬆的 結果花錢看人臉色。
進去後心更是跌到谷底。整個温泉區就開了兩個小池子，一個紅酒池一箇中葯池，細節（如圖4）
泡池服務區賣咖啡的工作人員同樣傲慢無禮，我問為什麼不和冷飲店一樣開門口呢？跑上來很累。她直接懟我，你缺乏鍛鍊。我又詢問泡池邊都有桌椅（如圖5）不能像飯店一樣弄個二維碼？顧客直接掃碼點單，你們做完把咖啡送過來。她回答這裏信號差。結果收錢還是微信付款！最誇張的是用的還是私人微信號（如圖6），也不知道這錢到底算誰收的。可見整個酒店設計不人性化、員工缺乏服務意識且管理混亂…
到了晚上 想刷牙睡覺了，拆開這樣的。（如圖7、8）
總結一下 該酒店主要服務的是貴賓，普通散客他們無心顧及，你提意見員工要麼無視，要麼直接當面回懟你。雖然硬件很不錯 但是我0.5分都不想給、體驗太差了。住一次感覺都要折壽！
