"What truly stands out about this hotel is its exceptional service – it's genuinely meticulous and heartfelt. While it's not a brand new hotel, the amenities are thoughtfully provided, catering to almost every guest's needs. The complimentary laundry service, where your clothes are washed, dried, and delivered to your room, surpasses what 90% of hotels offer. They were incredibly attentive, even setting aside a sun-protection mask I'd left in the restaurant, and promptly checked about a shawl I'd forgotten after checking out. The most impressive moment was when I found a forgotten pillowcase on the table after first entering my room; upon reporting it, they immediately dispatched staff to re-clean, handling it very promptly. All the hotel staff are warm and welcoming, always greeting you and diligently answering every question. The hotel is also conveniently located near attractions and restaurants. The lobby has a pleasant tea area where you can also purchase Pu'er tea. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pu'er!"

The lobby offers a self-service fruit and snack afternoon tea buffet; I ate quite a few ginseng fruits during my stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices to satisfy different tastes. The washer and dryer are self-service and very convenient. Overall, my stay was excellent, and the value for money was exceptional!"

"One of the most pleasant hotel surprises I've had. All the staff were incredibly helpful and polite, a clear reflection of the hotel's excellent management, comparable to top-tier hotels. They even have a laundry service where staff come to your room daily to collect clothes for washing and drying, and they come back smelling lovely. The breakfast was also top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious options for just 58 yuan per person. The value for money and taste surpassed 90% of the hotels I've stayed at. 👍 When I had an issue, the staff promptly offered reasonable solutions. This hotel truly deserves high praise. If you're going to Pu'er, you absolutely must stay here!"
