"Super, super, unbelievably good! From check-in to check-out, this hidden gem of a hotel was all about thoughtful service and attention to detail! The towels and slippers were all sealed in packaging, and the breakfast spread was so extensive it was amazing – even the watermelon slices were heart-shaped! OMG! In the evening, they even had chicken soup with rice noodles, which was super delicious. They came to my room to collect clothes for washing and drying, and returned them neatly folded... There were so many other little things that impressed me. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel and truly felt such genuine service from top to bottom. It deserves more than a 10-star rating! Friends visiting Pu'er, I wholeheartedly recommend this place! I also hope they continue to maintain this original commitment and grow even bigger and better, haha. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!"

"This is my first time staying at a 4.9-star hotel, and the biggest impression I got was their 'attentiveness.' Service: The service is truly impeccable. Every staff member is full of energy. I especially want to commend their laundry service. It's the first time I've experienced free laundry and ironing service, and the staff even left a thoughtful little note. 🥰 Facilities: The air conditioning was a little noisy, but I could still sleep. The 8th-floor terrace was a pleasant surprise; you can do some simple yoga there. 😂"

"Warm reception upon arrival, and the facilities are all top-notch, even offering late-night snacks. The room is spacious and clean, well-equipped with excellent hot water for the shower and efficient air conditioning. The hotel also boasts a gym, laundry room, and a lovely terrace with great views. It's located close to Ximabo River and Meizi Lake, but getting to the city center for a city walk is easy by bike. There's also a bus stop right outside, making transportation very convenient. Highly recommended, I'd definitely stay here again."

"Right next to the Ancient Tea-Horse Town, we unfortunately missed the 7:30 PM dance show, but we did find some amazing grilled fish right by the hotel! This place offers incredible value for money; the room was comfortable, and the front desk staff was super helpful. They gave us tons of tips for exploring Xishuangbanna and suggested some great local activities. We didn't get to try the roasted meat rice noodles at the market because the owner was busy chatting with his girlfriend, haha, but the rice noodle breakfast from the stall pictured in photo 6 right outside was pretty good too!"
