1、定了大床房，晚上到酒店留的雙床，工作人員看錯訂單了，前台説沒大床房了那你們就住雙床，沒同意，又説有大床了；2、看評論説是新酒店，擔心有味道，中午打電話讓打開窗户提前通風，結果房間都搞錯了，所以也就沒提前通風；3、早餐到10點結束，9點去就沒什麼菜了，工作人員説正在炒，到吃完到離開餐廳，就吵了一盤土豆絲；優點：新酒店，缺點：軟件管理跟不上。

不能選0分嗎？攜程18年用户，第一次極致差評。
1.户外冷風中等候40分鐘，酒店工作人員一個謊接着一個慌。
2.到昆明瞭發現訂單中有贈餐，對此，酒店工作人員衹字未提，不過也該慶幸沒吃。
3.酒店説早晨7點開始提供早餐，早晨7點15下樓被告知，粉煮不了，煮粉的人還沒來呢。
關於1，預訂酒店後發現提供接送服務，傍晚18:27給酒店打電話告知到達普洱站時間，接線工作人員表示，“我來安排”，車快進站了也沒人聯繫，20:03進站後撥打酒店電話，接線工作人員稱“您到進站口吧。司機已經出去了，距離很近”，我們自己查了一下，酒店到火車站車程6分鐘左右，所以就拉着所有行李到進站口外等候，心想就算司機師傅剛出來，五分鐘也能到了，何況他們一個半小時前就確認了我們的到站時間，此後，長達40分鐘的等待裏，一次又一次的挑戰耐心，每隔幾分鐘就打一次酒店電話，都被告知，司機早就出去了，他還沒到嗎？他沒聯繫您嗎，過程中多次向酒店詢問司機電話，想自己打電話問問，酒店都不提供，過後才明白，在拖延時間吧。最終司機40分鐘後到達，並告知，酒店到火車站路上堵車，實在太挑戰底線了，北京人民的包容厚德也是有底線的，把客人當**，這麼明顯的撒謊，我説，那我們現在回去看看用多久吧，然後我再陪您開會來一趟，看看堵在哪兒了，司機不説話。最終7分鐘時間抵達酒店，真的，安排不開可以直接説實話的，這麼近的路，我們自己怎麼都能去，為什麼一定要撒謊拖延時間讓客人一直等呢，從版納來，心想五分鐘就到酒店，都沒加厚衣服，在户外等了40分鐘，這家酒店誠信問題，不可理解。多次來雲南，一路上都覺得雲南省風景如畫，美食誘人，人善如光，這家店真給普洱抹黑。

新開的商務酒店，高德輸入名字都跳不出來位置顯示。優點是房間比較大，衞生也還可以；缺點就是管理這些還是差的遠，能感覺到想要提供比較好的服務，比如有茶點放在電梯口，很貼心，但早餐菜品一般且服務忙亂，沒人引導住客各種搶座位，咖啡機不好用。雖然是開業不到一個月的新酒店，馬桶遙控器電池沒有電，房間通道上擺的到處都是礦泉水箱等等。
