房間不錯，樓下就是燒烤店，對面就是飯店、火鍋店，還有方便騎行的共享電動自行車，很方便，早餐可以吃到11點半，對於起床困難户很友好

房間衞生打掃非常乾淨，前台小姐姐也熱情大發，還幫我們升級了房間，酒店停車方便安全，早餐豐富，適合全家親子出遊，酒店離梅子湖景區走路5分鐘可到達，下次還來住凱邦酒店。

酒店住了2天,歸為一句話：性價比極高,超出預期。（1）酒店系普洱市酒店行業中接客和送客都免費的極少數,且接送使用酒店專車,接送客司機熱情、主動；（2）前台接待和善、熱情,想住客之想，急住客之急；（3）客房清理人員工作主動、負責、認真，特別要感謝雷xx清理人員為我們長者的服務；（4）酒店距普洱五湖公園之一的梅子湖公園距離特近,方便遊覽；（5）酒店處打車方便,公交出行有5路和8路公交。（6）自助早餐品種簡全,服務時間特長。酒店的坯房房型先天不足,形成部分客房房型不甚完美。

酒店位置很好，本來普洱就不大，住這裏騎電瓶車哪兒都能去，酒店還有免費接送站服務，司機師傅態度很好也很準時
酒店提供早餐，還有健身房，每天早上先去健身再下樓吃個早飯舒服慘了
梅子湖公園去了，太陽河森林公園去了，咖啡莊園去了，茶馬古城去了，傣味燒烤吃了，涼拌小吃了
雲南，我還會再回來的！

酒店環境好，位置好找，前台接待服務熱情，周到，介紹周邊本地吃飯地，客房打掃及時高效，工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，樓道花園漂亮，有好多好多植物，特別是還有菜。非常滿意的一次入住體驗，在這家感受到了家的温馨，床鋪舒適，用品貼心，服務細緻入微，是出差和旅行的理想下榻之處。
