We really enjoyed our stay and found the staff professional and friendly. The lake is beautiful and although the location is a bit out of the main city there is a nice and relaxed suburb/village near by that is actually prettier and more nicer than the centre. About a 5 minutes walk from the resort you will find shops, restaurants etc. However, we were disappointed that the spa which was sign posted, as well as two restaurants within the resort don’t actually exist. We would still recommend the resort in any case and we able to use elema and call didis easily.

The environment of the hotel is superb, clean and hygienic. The parent-child suites are especially popular with children, and they are reluctant to leave. When you come to Puer, it is right to choose his home. The front desk service attitude is warm and the experience is very good!

Staying on a Pu’er plantation was an unforgettable experience! Our children loved camping in the caravans and (given that we normally live in Shanghai) we were delighted to see the stars twinkling in the night sky! Sunrise and sunset was also breathtaking. The whole site is very well maintained and we enjoyed walking on clearly defined paths in the tea plantation. Staff were polite and accommodating - and breakfast was one of the best and most beautifully presented that we have seen. We also enjoyed a delicious evening meal at the restaurant, which was very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!

Overall, this hotel feels more suitable for staying for one night when the weather is sunny.
