The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

Clean facilities. Right next to the bus terminal. Close to the mart. There is a computer on the first floor. Good view. There is a radiator in the room, so it is warm and dry.

To be honest, Puerto Montt is not a great place to stay - it's a port city with not a lot going for it, other than it's close to the lakes district, and there's a ferry service that continues the road south to Patagonia. The hotel is similarly lack luster. The best bet is to move on to the lakes when you arrive at the airport, if that's where you're headed, and avoid Puerto Montt altogether. But if you're getting the ferry and need to stop overnight then the hotel is fine.
