Terrible! Prior to paying our deposit they were super fast at replying to all messages and super helpful with questions. After booking, they requested a deposit which we promptly paid. A few days later, our flight was cancelled meaning we had to adjust our plans. We messaged requesting to change from 2 nights to 1 and said our airport pickup was no longer required. We sought confirmation of this change and we were ignored. We repeatedly tried to reach out to them and were repeatedly ignored. In the end, we lost our deposit. Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid this place.

This place is old, run down and dirty! We stayed for 1 night and cancelled the second night! We didn’t use the shower, it was too dirty! There were 2 broken and empty soap bottles on a very dirty glass shelve, and an old unusable mirror standing on the sink! It feels like the floor is rotted and cobwebs everywhere! The location is nice but wouldn’t recommend staying here!

Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. 11 mit seitlichem Meerblick, eigner Terrasse, inkl. Frühstück, Zimmer sehr sauber, dicke Matratze, großes Bett, sehr ruhig gelegen, Zimmer wird nur auf Nachfrage sauber gemacht, Strom 24 Stunden, AC, sehr kleines Bad, nur kaltes Wasser zum duschen, nachmittags lauwarm, mittig vom Strand, Parkplatz, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Essen mit großen Portionen, Strandliegen, Schaukeln, Nähe zum Hafen, ca. 3 Minuten zu gehen, Restaurants und Shops am Hafen.
