Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Fiore nella settimana di ferragosto e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore! La posizione è ottima perché si è a 15 minuti dalle splendide spiagge di Chia ma anche a 5 minuti da Pula dove la sera si può andare a cena fuori e fare un giretto.. A Casa Fiore non manca nulla e Fiorenza è una padrona di casa super! I suoi consigli giornalieri sulle spiagge in base alle condizioni meteo sono stati preziosi tanto quanto la sua gentilezza!

Ho scelto questa casa ( bilocale) che annovera anche un trilocale e un monolocale. Lungo la strada principale che collega Pula con Chia. Da Fiorenza la responsabile grandissima disponibilità. Suggerisce ogni giorno spiagge e ristoranti migliori della zona anche in base alle condizioni del mare e del vento. La casa è ben accessoriata. Letti comodi, climatizzatori nelle due stanze. Piccola cucina attrezzata con piastra ad induzione. Bagno molto comodo e funzionale con cambio bisettimanale di biancheria bagno e mono settimanale letto. Verandina esterna per mangiare e stare in relax. Accanto alla casa cooperativa che vende di tutto. Doccia esterna fredda e ombrellone con accessori mare a disposizione. Unico neo qualche zanzarina di troppo dovuta a irrigazione del bel praticello che circonda la struttura ( Fiorenza da a disposizione cmq quello che serve in tal senso). Ottima soluzione per alloggiare nella zona delle spiagge di Pula, Chia e oltre.

Piccola struttura (3 appartamenti mono/bilocali) gestita perfettamente da Fiorenza e dalla sua famiglia. Pulizia impeccabile materasso comodo arredi semplici ma selezionati con gusto. Verande private per rilassarsi durante la giornata e cucina attrezzata per ogni necessità. Prezzo corretto (80€ per 2 persone a giugno). L’unica pecca … rimpiangiamo le magnifiche colazioni che Fiorenza preparava 6 anni fa’. Super consigliato!
